I, for one, am not happy with mediocre players. While I do think Oscar can, and should, do much better than he is, he just lacks the consistency to become a good/great players. If he will stay like this (inconsistent) then I want him gone. I think Lampard joined us when he was 23 years old. Oscar is 24 years old, so he has time to turn the corner.

Yes, but the whole team has lifted itself up. A good example are Costa and Fabregas. However, as we saw in the last game, Hazard (who is supposed to be our star and make the game happen) was pretty much a passenger while Pedro was doing what Hazard should have been doing. Hazard is still my favorite player, but he has to step up.
