  1. I always thought his take on us was ok -better than any of the other red sky pundits.
  2. Think we knew this was coming. Great asset to the club, the consummate professional -others could learn from his decorum, poise and level headedness.
  3. The US administration is happy for the Khan Younis Hospital massacre to be ''investigated'' by just Israeli authorities. Who lets a criminal investigate their own crimes? Answer: An accomplice
  4. Strange how International media & others NEED to get Israel's permission to go to Palestinian areas. Why can't they just go to Palestine, it doesn't belong to Israel.
  5. Funny how Israeli spokespeople think we're all thick or something. -283 corpses found in mass grave Khan Younnis hospital - women, children, patients with catheters and drips still attached, hands tied with cable ties, shot in the head. Many show signs of being tortured Deputy mayor of Jerusalem said ''maybe they were fighting back, they must have been terrorists'' She said there would be an investigation, but maybe the patients who had their hands cable tied behind their backs, who also show signs of being tortured ''had thrown rockets or grenades'' Israel has the right to defend itself from terminally ill hospital patients with their hands tied behind their backs living in a cage from which no one can leave.
  6. If I was American and pro peace - I would consider voting Jill Stein for the 2024 presidency.
  7. Democrats, Republicans, US and UK politicians, their billionaire corporate media backers, AI bots, -all are trying to frame the growing protests and global demonstrations as Hate Marches, and anti Semitism. eg The Daily Nail has pictures of holocaust memorials covered up with tarpaulin ''in case of anti semitic vandalism' from the ''hate marchers''. Complete bollocks of course, as they are always covered up when there is any demonstration - this has been confirmed by the administrators. Its lie after lie after lie.... Reality is under 1st amendment the hundreds of US campuses and Universities have the right to free speech. Students and academics are being brutalised for the simple act of sitting down, for the simple act of demanding a ceasefire to the daily slaughter. A new movement is being formed of anti war - comparable to 1968 when the mindless slaughter in Vietnam was occurring. Today there are far more cameras to record the events on campuses, and could well backfire on the Draconian measures being enforced by Democrat and Republicans - Dont fall into their bi partisan divide and rule trap whereby one party is better than the other - they both love selling weapons and endorsing the butcher Netanyahu
  8. US doctor describes witnessing starvation in northern Gaza Another mother whose 10-year-old son had just died. "The mom just told me with just a blank numb stare on her face that he had just died five minutes prior. The staff had been trying to cover up his body with blankets but she just refused to let them. She wanted to spend more time with him. She was grieving, she was sobbing, and stayed that way for about a good 20 minutes, she just didn't want to leave his side." Then there was the man in his 50s, forgotten in a room, having had both legs amputated. "He had lost his kids, his grandkids, his home," Sam recalls, "and he's alone in the corner of this dark hospital, maggots going out of his wounds and he was screaming: 'The worms are eating me alive please help me.' That was just one just one out of… I don't know, I just I stopped counting. But those are the people I still think of because they're still there." Sam is a sensitive, thoughtful man in his 40s, the son of two doctors, who was born and raised in Chicago and who works as a surgeon at Northwestern hospital in the city. While in Gaza he kept video diaries and filmed his experiences. IMAGE SOURCE,ALAMY Image caption, Seven-year-old Jenna Ayyad was severely traumatised - she has since been transferred to southern Gaza where she is receiving treatment There was the little girl, Jenna Ayyad, aged seven, "just skeleton and bone" whose mother hoped to get to the south where better medical facilities were available. Over 34 000 murdered thousands more buried under rubble, maimed suffocating. 66 women and children in the last 24 hours. Imagine if they were US, Israeli or British Empathy turns to Apathy when its Palestinians. Racism. Apartheid. They dont matter
  9. The irony being VAR was to 'end controversy once and for all'
  10. If that was a foul, then every 50 50 header should be a foul, Kavanagh can go and fuck himself stick the VAR camera up his arse All MOTD pundits say No Foul
  11. Funny how var took their time and got the ref to look at the screen but they took it upon themselves to dismiss what was possibly the clearest penalty you will ever see in the FA Cup semi final against Man City, they didn't want to send the ref, because they knew the ref would have given it had he had a proper look. VAR is corrupt. There are some officials whose bias shines through when they are refereeing against certain teams. # Corrupt to the core the FA, VAR and referees
  12. Bollox they've equalised 40 000 at the Bridge 👍
  13. Yeah probably. Only ever seen us lose there 😃 starting in 1978 - Gordon fucking Cowans. Quite impressive ground though.
  14. 2nd leg this afters 1730 on Youtube and TNT Sports
  15. Think Andy Cole is spot on about confidence as well. Osgood used to say the same, As did Bobby Charlton - Cole said that without it the shot is rushed or instantly smashed, once you have confidence you start placing it.
  16. Arne Slot is set to become Liverpool's next manager after a compensation deal worth up to £9.4m was agreed with Feyenoord. The Dutchman is poised to succeed Jurgen Klopp, who announced in January he would leave Anfield at the end of the 2023-24 season. The Reds will now take steps to agree a contract with the 45-year-old before he is officially appointed. Liverpool have agreed to pay Feyenoord £7.7m (9m euros) plus a possible £1.7m (2m euros) in add-ons. Slot led Feyenoord to the 2022-23 Eredivisie title, while this season they have won the Dutch Cup and are set to finish second in their league. It is believed that the attacking style of Slot's teams, his personality and his ability to develop players are key factors in making him Liverpool's choice for the job.
  17. The point being that no team sustains that level of success ad infinitum. Not saying we shouldnt be doing better but he has a point.
  18. Andy Cole just talking about him on Sky, said he sees a lot of himself in his first season - ''gets into the best positions but cant sort his feet out, but his biggest stumbling block is confidence. Once he gets that he'll start banging them in'' Hard to see it myself
  19. Villa have lost their last three home games against us- but are unbeaten in their last three trips to Stamford Bridge. Aston Villa wins: 60 Draws: 36 Chelsea wins: 69
  20. It does if you look at every other club. No club is at the top ad nauseum- to expect otherwise is childish. The frustrating thing is the clusterfuck that is Clownlake. Plenty of cash but decisions are gash. All the gear, no fucking idea.
  21. Weird but there was a bloke in the MHL, season ticket holder saying Chels fans are behaving like 'entitled brats'. Yes we had the good times under Jose, Abramovich but every club has its peaks and troughs and we should be grateful -(I know this because i went home and away through all the shit years) but embrace the 'bad' times as the good will return. Its painful but at least we're not Sp*rs. As I walked back thought he kinda made sense but the frustration is Clownlake and stultifying incompetence at every level.
  22. That, and he doesnt appear to have any neck muscles to head the ball. In itself, not necessarily a problem if he had some redeeming features, as you say shoot on sight. One of our best strikers historically Jimmy Floyd would do whatever he could to avoid heading, but made up for it with lethal shooting and a deadly partner in crime ie Eidur. Prepared to give him a bit more time -age, first PL season etc but fucking hell he's getting as frustrating as Sterling
  23. Seaweed 0 Citeh 4 Great viewing for Wallpusher FC fans
