''Role Model'' Oh that must be the Scouse humour.....

They did the wrong thing by winding Terry up True, the stats seem to show Cech was unemployed and that they were defensive in probably going for the draw, but they seemed a tidy team, but with three or four weak links.

Lol West Stand ?

Played better than against Boro imo. Roma played similarly, tight, along the ground -and obviously upped their game as the Yids did against us. Deserved 3 points -and roll on Sunday to put those redscum in their place.

He's now snivelling to the media, and saying he's hopefully to be a ''role model for kids''. He has also blamed his psychotic violence on alcohol. The stubbing out of the cigarette in a junior players eye wasnt down to alcohol. The beating up of a teenager whilst the team was in Thailand wasnt down to booze. The sustained attack on Dabo from behind did not involve alcohol -unless he gets pissed before training. Even the sustained punching in the face of the kid outside Macdonalds cant be justified because he'd been drinking. IF he had any remorse he would have perhaps given up some of the £60 000 a week wages he got whilst in prison to a Victims of Violence Charity , no, he should be banned from the game permanently, and Kinnear is a fool if he plays him this weekend....

Best infiltrate and destroy mission ? Mr Wise for duties at Leeds and Barcodes ? Agent Poyet for Leeds and Yids destruction ? Gets my vote. Zola coming up on the rails with West Ham, slowly going bankrupt etc ?

He then bent over Haaland and said ''Take that You Cunt'' Bit different to Drogbas bitch slap, and nothing will happen to Drogba -maybe a reprimand and a small fine at most -

It all seems too easy in hindsight, but thats 4 ouf 4 away now. Champion material. Bellettis goal superb, and Lampards could see happening as the move developed. Good away following all the way up there...

UN SPLIT OVER OUTDOOR HUMPING A DAMAGING split emerged at the United Nations last night as western governments called for a new resolution guaranteeing the right to do it on a beach. France and Germany have demanded a charter on outdoor humping but it has been fiercely opposed by Egypt, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and the Irish. A spokesman for the Dubai government said: "Do you think we are no better than pigs? Backward, medieval pigs?" Holland, Denmark and Sweden all favour making outdoor sex mandatory and would prefer it if couples performed their intercourse in front of an audience of eight year-olds. The Dutch ambassador has even called for a system of 'tag humping' where both males and females could be substituted by a team-mate half way through. Britain has threatened to veto any form of tag sex but will support the principle of open-air lovemaking as long as it is done as quietly as possible, followed by a nice cup of tea. UN ambassador Sir Denys Finch-Hatton said: "The last thing one wants to hear when one is enjoying a round of golf is a lot of people shouting 'ooooh' and 'aaaah' and 'stick it in'." The US ambassador offered qualified backing for outdoor congress as long as it results in the conception of a Christian baby. Meanwhile a raft of eastern European states have agreed to support the charter if it includes domestic livestock, aquatic mammals, close relatives, and the larger species of fish.

Very true. The authorities fines for racism are pitiful. Werent Croatia fined £15 000 for the constant racist abuse at SWP, Heskey etc ? -
Sex-on-beach trial Britons guilty Vince Acors was in Dubai on holiday when he met Michelle Palmer A British man and woman have been sentenced to three months in jail in Dubai after being found guilty of having sex on a beach. Michelle Palmer, 36, of Oakham, Rutland, and Vince Acors, 34, of Bromley, south-east London, were arrested on 5 July. They were fined 1,000 dirhams (£160; $350) and will be deported after serving their sentences. Their lawyer says the pair will appeal against the verdict. A spokesman for the judge said Acors and Palmer would be jailed and then deported for the offences of unmarried sex and public indecency. He added that they had been fined for being drunk in a public place. "The sentence of three months is usual in these cases. We get many cases of this kind," he said. Acors and Palmer were not at Dubai's Court of First Instance to hear the ruling but had been ordered not to leave the emirate. 'Not happy' Their defence lawyer Hassan Matter said the pair were upset but not surprised by the verdict. "They are not guilty but they were prepared for this," he said. I'm not happy... It's normal for a sentence to be six months to a year for an offence such as this Faisal Abdelmalek Ahli, Senior prosecutor Case is a warning to others He said he was hopeful the conviction would be overturned. "I think I have a chance in the appeal court. I have 15 days to appeal. I have to find the reason why the judge gave three months." Acors and Palmer will remain on bail until their appeal is heard at the court. Senior prosecutor Faisal Abdelmalek Ahli said he was disappointed at the length of sentence. "I'm not happy," he said, speaking outside court. "It's very light. It's normal for a sentence to be six months to a year for an offence such as this." Mr Ahli said he expected Acors and Palmer to serve their full three-month term in a Dubai prison. "Sometimes people serve half their sentence, but this is so short I expect they will serve it all," he said. 'Kissing and hugging' The pair were arrested on Jumeirah Beach hours after meeting at a champagne brunch at Dubai's five-star Le Meridien hotel. A police officer told the court he had warned the pair about their inappropriate behaviour, but returned later to find them having sex on a sun lounger. Palmer, who was sacked from her job in Dubai as a publishing executive after her arrest, said in a statement she and Acors had been "just kissing and hugging". Mr Matter said witness statements, including one from the police officer, were "wrong" and medical examinations had proved Palmer had not had sex on the beach. Friends of Palmer say she has been admitted to hospital in recent weeks suffering from anxiety and depression. The case has turned the spotlight on the lifestyle of the 120,000 British residents of the United Arab Emirates. The BBC's Christian Fraser, in Dubai, says there have been concerns lately that tourists are ignoring the emirate's strict Islamic laws and that the outcome of this case will be a warning that such drunken behaviour will not be tolerated in public. Pauline Crowe, chief executive of UK charity Prisoners Abroad, said the case served as a timely reminder to people to be aware of local customs and laws because ignorance would not be accepted as a defence in court. She said: "As this case illustrates, what may seem like an innocent act or misdemeanour in the UK can often land people in serious trouble when abroad." BBC Mate works in Dubai, said there are bars and clubs where arabs are drinking and snorting before they go to 'lady houses' for a a bit of the other. Hypocrisy at its best. And what about the copper ?? watched them and reported them. How long was he watching for ? Get a life ..... or at least take some pictures.

Good point -they will all want regular first team action, which is only natural. Which of these do you consider first team regulars ? Sinclair was bought for a couple of million?, with appearance fees on top from Bristol Rovers, Di santo was already established in South America, and Stoch was being courted allegedly by no less than 22 top clubs, since he had a ball attached to his feet at the age of 8. The four you mentioned all have first team regular potential imo. Mancienne we should play, and make sure we hang on to especially as he is completely home grown and potential full England squad centre back and captain ala Terry.

Finally realises what side his bread is buttered on..... mind you, the press will probably say next week -" Drogba Wants Out" from Skyspurts; Chelsea striker Didier Drogba has revealed he wants to finish his career at Stamford Bridge. Drogba previously insisted he had wanted to quit the club ever since he arrived in London but now claims he will stay for life if Chelsea want him. The Ivory Coast international pulls no punches about his desire to leave England in his controversial autobiography. His book was given a UK launch at Stamford Bridge yesterday but Drogba now said was happy to pledge the remainder of his career to the Blues. 'I would love to go on until the end of my contract here which is two years,' said Drogba, 30. 'It's because of the relationship I have created with the players and the staff. And now with Luiz Felipe Scolari coming in, he is talking to the players. I like the way he is dealing with the players, that is important. 'You have to understand that I was saying I wanted to move but Chelsea always showed me respect, saying that they wanted me to stay because I was one of their best players. That gave me confidence. I am really happy here. 'It is the first season I have wanted to stay. I have changed, of course. And I am really happy I have changed. 'Even if I went, I didn't know if I would find what I have here. I am not the kind of person who is scared of a new challenge, that is why I was saying that. But I don't need to move.' Injuries have kept Drogba on the sidelines for much of the campaign under new boss Scolari. The latest setback for the Ivory Coast striker is an injury to his right knee, sustained against FC Cluj in the Champions League. Fortunately for Drogba there was no damage to his ligaments and he is planning on a return in three weeks. 'The injury is feeling good,' said Drogba. 'I am working to be back on the pitch as soon as possible. I have set no targets but it will be maximum of three weeks. I want to be back and fresh. 'The first few hours I was really frustrated. But when I knew the cruciate ligaments were safe and okay and that it was just a big twist of the knee and ankle, I was really happy and the frustration was gone.' Now when he returns to the side, he is hoping to get the chance to partner Nicolas Anelka on a regular basis in attack. 'I would love to do that,' said Drogba. 'I know what Nico can bring to the game. I know what we can do together. Last year every time we had the chance to play together, even if it was 10, 15, or 20 minutes, we did well and scored goals against Arsenal and Liverpool.' When Jose Mourinho was axed last season, Drogba was expected to follow him out of the Bridge. Indeed, in the summer, he was linked with a move to Mourinho's new club, Inter Milan. But when asked if he would ever work with the 'Special One' again, Drogba was more than a little coy given his new-found desire to remain at Chelsea for life. 'I don't know,' he said. 'I had such a great time with him. He is a fantastic man. He is the kind of person you have to meet in your life. You can say 'I met this guy, I worked with him and he is one of the best'.

UEFA lifted the ban now. How unusual for them to do something that benefitted Liverpool ? I think they should give the CL trophy to them for the inconvenience and distress caused.
