  1. Unless we won it of course -then its a big bit of silverware....
  2. Brana didnt get any stick in the ground, standing ovation -every Chels fan was behind him -it was the ref that got dogs abuse
  3. Agree with the bit about Mikel too ponderous for the counter attacking. sweeping up the field play that we're becoming synonymous with. Yesterday -good day out apart from the result of course. Stating the bleeding obvious, the sending off changed the game -that said some of the giving away of the ball and dire pasing has continued since the pre season friendlies. Missed first 15 mins coach stuck in traffic. Good banter with most of the Citeh fans, but it kicked off outside later on. One of our lot got ejected -she was completetly pissed up ! Birmingham police kept us back in the car park for nearly 2 hours -obviously they wanted the over time. One unsavoury moment -there were loads of Thai fan club outside and one was stood on a wall taking pictures of the Citeh fans with a Man Utd camera. - Naivety at its best. Citeh fans pushed him off the wall, and then it kicked off...
  4. End of last season definitely becoming a bit of a liability, and yesterday of course -we need a right back ASAP
  5. True. Almost as bad shopping as the dippers under the fat waiter....
  6. Interesting perspective, and the share thing is a gamble -a season without silverware would be financially devastating-and if they had a barren spell like l'arse it would be hilarious -but overall its the leeching by greedy rich people that is destroying football
  7. Possibly but he is a striker who scores a lot of goals
  8. He might not get many starts above Long and Odemwingie, but coming on as a sub could be good for him However, my gut feeling is he wont make the grade at SW 6, and the hype of the 'next Drogba' was way over the top
  9. The Glazers love capitalism -but yernited fans arent that happy about them pocketing half the share money http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-19061040
  10. Nice bit of analysis ther DC. Hopefully I will see Moses in the flesh so to speak Sunday
  11. Would like to see the Big Issue seller gone, myself http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2185620/Napoli-want-Raul-Meireles-Chelsea.html
  12. See what youre saying and Ramires took near enough a season to be comfortable -but we have quite a few boys from Brazil now who will let him know the SP. The Premier league can be physical, but the South American leagues are quite fond of kicking lumps out of each other as well, so not much of a learning curve in that respect.. theres the wet and freezing Wednesday night away at Sunderland argument, but most players know their full responsibilities now with a few exceptions ie Tevez. With regard to positioning theres too much pigeon holeing going on -flexibilty, as with Luiz and Ramires all over the shop, is the key but behind and feeding Torres could be devastating.
  13. Yup Altogether now -''We're in the middle. we're in the middle we're in the middle of the Holte !''
  14. He is looking very good on the ball -amazing composure
  15. Yes we have the whole Holt end apparently. Last time I was in there we were ejected and escorted up the touch line to where the Chelsea fans should have been. Happy days
  16. Watched city demolish some Oirish team. I have a feeling they will tear us a new arsehole on Sunday -hope I am wrong
  17. Watched city demolish some Oirish team. I have a feeling they will tear us a new arsehole on Sunday -hope I am wrong
  18. Agree cant see this happening. Fair play to Whelan though he always reduces our away admission prices when we go there
  19. Theres a Chels mad welsh bloke thats on our coach a lot of the time -goes to every game-i'll see him Sunday and get him to contact you
  20. Ooooh them crazy clog wearers oop north. Blackburn agro http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19136740
  21. One of the worst pre seasons i have ever seen,-. But its over now -hopefully defensive lessons will be learned, I'll see a different side of the European champions on Sunday with the season curtain raiser. CAREFREE !!!!!
  22. No fair question. loads of the Chels that go to games have called him that since 2001. Its an ironic thing
