Can't be mad. He has to suck up to Everton and their fans and it's a good start saying that he wants Everton to win. Obviously he wants what's best for Chelsea - he is just being clever. He is an Everton player atm, he doesn't play for us this season so it's only fair.

Thanks for the answer I think you are right in most of it which is a shame - I would really hate to leave either Oscar or Mata out of the starting eleven but I guess we will just have to get used to it :/

Barbara - do you think that Mou would be willing to try out Oscar in the pivot? That would solve the problem with Mata not playing. On the other hand we would still need some defending I guess.

Indeed. Well, Hazard will be missed at least, but I don't think we will miss Oscar that much as we can just play Mata. I want Mata to start against Everton even if Oscar is fit so I'm not that worried about Oscar as long as he is just out for a single game or maybe two.

Well, he still has to play games to develop and if Chelsea can't offer him games Everton is a good place for him - it's a very good club and he will play games with good teammates around him. Teams won't go all attack against Everton and because of that he will learn how to play better against teams that have a more defensive approach which is what we are dealing with at Chelsea. At West Brom he faced a lot of teams that attacked a lot and he had better conditions in the counter-attack. He knows that part of the game but now he will learn another how to deal with another approach. I think it's good for him and us and now I have to see all Everton games

It's true. I was watching the game just to see Eto'o. He got injured but he was able to walk out himself after some treatment on the pitch. But fuck, I hate these international games. We already have Hazard, Oscar and Eto'o out, and the international games are not over yet :/ It looks like Torres is starting against Everton. Meh

I hope it's not serious. The good thing is that we still have Mata for the number 10 role if Oscar is out for a little amount of time. Our squad depth doesn't look like a bad thing now when Oscar (and Hazard) might be out for our next game.

I really hope he doesn't play. It's better for him (and us obviously) to have some rest before our game against Everton.

Yes, it's official - excellent! I wanted Willian so much since we played against him in CL last year and even though we don't really need him I'm really happy that we signed him. He has amazing acceleration and will be a nightmare for PL fullbacks. Eto'o Hazard - Mata (or Oscar) - Willian Yes please!

Mata is almost a God to me. We just can't sell this guy. I know we should only take football matters into consideration but I'm one of those who also like it when a player offers more than just playing for our club. I love Lampard because he is a true gentleman on and off the pitch and that's the same reason I love Mata. He just seems like the nicest man on earth (and no, ofc I don't know him personally) and his personality just shines through when you read his blogs and see his interviews. Wow, it actually sounded like I have a crush on him, maybe I have haha.

I want to see him play for us NOW! Well, I guess I have to wait until we play Everton. Welcome!

Good result, I was happy when the game was over. Yes, it wasn't a great match to watch but I only care about the result in the beginning of the season and we got the result we came for. Last season we would let our opponents score in stupid situations but with Mou we look better in defense which is very nice to see. We just bought Willian and we will get a new striker before the transfer window closes - we will be better when that happens. I'm sure we will see sexy football in the games vs smaller clubs because we can play with Luiz, Mata, Willian, Lukaku and so on. These players (beside Luiz obviously) aren't that good at defending (Well, Willian is decent at defending actually) but it's not that important vs the smaller clubs because we will have the ball most of the time and tear them apart. United is United and we can't play too attack minded when they have Rooney, RVP, Welbeck and Valencia ready to take us on. Those players are too good to be given any space and that's why Mou got it right yesterday. We will try a little harder to win at the Bridge but Mou is clever and will go for the wins against the teams that are inferior to us - United isn't one of those teams.

Wow, Willian looked really good in the YouTube clip from his last game against CSKA Moskva. He just slides past defenders like they were nothing and his acceleration is just amazing. I understand if some ppl are against buying him but he could do a lot of damage to our opponents and he offere that "Hazard directness" that we miss at RW. If we loan Moses it would just be a replacement for him and then we don't have more problems than we had before signing him (even though it's still tough to leave out so many gifted players but yeah..)

Buy him and loan him to Hull, just to piss off Spurs.
