Ramires cant pass, Luiz is alright but nothing more than that (he is a CB after all), and the same goes for Azpilicueta. Why not Cole on the bench, Azpilicueta as RB and Oscar as the third midfielder beside Ramires and Luiz? Then we would have someone that can use the ball and Oscar still knows how to defend.

On the other hand Terry and Cahill have been amazing and because of that there is no need to use Ivano as a CB.
