I kinda agree. But Wimots is a short term fix. Like a motivational trainer that makes you walk on coals , and thinks this is the solution. His problem is not his motivational skills, nor his analyses. He just has no clue about a solution.

A real manager gets a group like this to have a steady baseline performance at least.
