I quite disagree. There is really good research leadership determines plus 80% of team atmosphere. Even meta-analyses. We have the same team, but we lost so much quality. There is a dressing room issue, most likely due to Mou's short term motivational techniques. He is all about controlled motivation, nice and effective but very short term.

It is never that simple..I had it with the waffle things (that has been going on for years on here, even from mods now? Yes Fulllham Broadway). It disgusts me - i would never have thought mods went that way, especially one I agreed with on sensitive political things. The framing in debates on here is on an all time high. The hatred on here has been increasingly annoying and the continuous framing of members that dare to say something critical has become cringeworthy. The thing that ticks me off is that he now has even more of a bed rep. I get tough physicality, i really do, , but his theatricality(is this an english word?) is now going to come raining down on us. Every time there is a scrum he will be carded, which will hurt Chelsea as a team. Hence my issue with what has happened. At least he should make war a little less like the star player in a Hamlet performance. One can be badass or psychologically intimidating though without those antics and bitch slapping. Don't be so sure. First I dont hate him, i think he crossed the line. Second, i always played very much on the edge as a defender. Year by year yellow card champion. Still, while having a hard game and a razor sharp tackle is a whole other thing than slapping, scratching, over the top antics, etc. Also, its quite the opposite of leadership, which I expect from someone leading our line.
