Last season Eden was frist penalty taker at Losc, If he had taken the penalities he won, not to mention the ones he shouldve gotten but didnt, his goals would be more comparable to last year. Also keep in mind he was playing behind the striker last year afaik, witch he cant do here because Oscar cant play on the left wing iirc.. His versatility is causing him to miss out on his ideal position imho. I really feel he doesnt get the ball enough atm...

Its probably better this way.. This way KDB and Mertens can start and Eden gets a much needed rest.. We have plenty of options anyway..

Actually he did well yesterday, was involved in both goals. imho the problem with Eden and the NT started with the conflict between him and Leekens (last coach) who doesnt know how to handle star players very well (hamburger incident) ever since that time the press has been focused on Hazard and this has put more pressure on him then there should be considering his age.

You have to understand that Eden is 21 and still needs to develop. Thats a major factor in choosing a club. Playtime and position availability. Also keep in mind he knows Lukaku from the nt, and saw him get very little playtime last season. All those things combined would have made Chelsea a less natural choice. I imagine it took quite a bit of convincing.

Its a camera crew from lille who followed some belgian fans from Namur. They went to see the CL game because of Hazard. The interview with Eden is pretty much the same as the other one he did for French Tv... About his integration in the club etc. Hes on the cover of a big UK mag apperantly, would love to read it..
