and saliba should have been off with that last man foul... everything is fallign arse's way atm

A bit premature. Torres mental strength broke along with his ligament. He never was the same player even after fully recovering physically. Sterling has always been this wasteful, technical unclean, frustrating presence with a ton of pace occasional flashes of brilliance his entire career. We will not be able to rely on him to win us any titles, neither did pep btw, but he will still be useful.

now what an eyesore, tedious affair. We were poor all over the pitch apart from Mase with his well taken goals, Thiago with his usual composure and Kepa, motm, who made some of the save of the season. We did not deserve anything here today, yet got those 3 points, amazing. Sterling was super wasteful as usual, Cucurella was atrociously horrid, got us into trouble every time with his headless chicken defending, should never play LCB again, what a waste of money since his promising debut. The loss of RJ clearly hurt us badly and i fear for the coming weeks with Azpi and sterling both offering 0 as rwb.
-
thats what i wondered. He is on the bench so is fit. Cucurella over K2 is a head scratcher.

I continue to read 'WC dream in doubt', 'unlikely do feature' dafuq are they writing about? The WC begins in less than 5 weeks. How stupid must Southgate be to still nominate him... for what, the last 5 days of the tournament? If RJ still takes that plane to slave island I am done with wcs
-
wtf i thought it was just one week godamn. at least he would miss the damn wc. hopefully he can come back even stronger... btw is it 6-8 weeks at least or only after he sees that specialist and he confirms our worst fears?
-
Is h2h decisive again? I thought they do this mini table of the 3 teams when equal on points such that it effectively comes down to goal difference excluding goals vs Pilzen.

Bayern won’t play their best players at camp nou so might slip but they will not allow inter to take a point from Allianz arena. I still can see Barca wriggling through with some luck. Exactly. What a moron.
-
And another world class save from Ter stegen what a game
-
Inter now missed an open goal
-
Well both of these will obviously get another pounding from Bayerns 2nd XI so all inter have to do is beat pilsen
-
3-3 now lees again
-
Gosens!!!!!
-
...and barca have equalised -.-

Great he is not seriously injured but shame we could not delay the announcement till Oct. 20 when the clown confirms his squad for that torrid slavers' tourney.
-
I am still at odds why we did not sign him back in 2018… we could have gotten 5,6 years out of him instead of putting up with 300m of flops in Morata, Lukaku, Timo etc. About the flip I did some research and he was actually forbidden by Dortmund to do it back in 2016. The injuries you can get from a bad landing here are everything from a torn muscle to an Achilles’ tendon and worst case break your spine. Miro klose who was famous for his flip actually did his hamstring after being lucky almost 100 times. A player in India tragically broke his neck and died a few years back. I know it’s fun but just do it into a pool, on a thick mat or trampoline like the rest of us

Not gonna lie I am impressed how calmly he goes about his job not giving a damn about our striker ‘curse’ , Tuchels sacking or even that terrible burglary. prime Auba would have had a Hattrick today but as long as he converts the easy ones I will not complain.
-
You think? He squandered tons of chances again today, still looks super frustrating. He clearly enjoys playing against inferior opposition where he has space and gets to play tons of weaker opponents in Germany. He will score from time to time, he evidently feels more at home but I am not really seeing a different player . Shame we dont get to see him playing under potter who seems to be better at creating a feel good atmosphere which Timo craves .

That Aubameyang flip freaks me out every time btw. Used to do it as a kid and almost broke my back before I finally got the hang of it and even then did not get it right every time. Last time he undercooked it now he had too much front rotation… does not look as clean as in his Dortmund days
-
It did
-
Too bad we could not get a third but a lot least we are top of the group now not worth losing RJ tho
-
Chalobah still struggling with these bouncing balls
-
If it is indeed a serious injury let’s at least have him sit out that torrid wc
-
Ofc rj gets injured ffs. Our best player damn theo injured him and still got the foul absolutely ridiculous from the ref again
-
so much for Milan vying for revenge lol tbf the ref has been terrible. Not only was the red and pen weak, he also needlessly booked mount and sterling while overlooking tons of Milan dives and fouls. So from a net perspective all even, still I'd rather he left his Bundesliga ref rules back at home. RJ is just having his way with their left side its ridiclous. Mount at his industrious best. Auba is not even that good, he just scores the chances he has to score. That's what a proper striker does. The team has always been creating tons, just needed a player who can finish and does his work off the ball to maintain balance. Let's just hope he does not turn toxic here.
