  1. jorginho gives us control of the game. surprise for no one
  2. pulisic always runs into players instead of passing
  3. now wait for tammy next goal in 6th months. with the amount of stoppage time coming, this match could still be going then
  4. the only time i have ever seen a defence this deep was Atletico's vs Bayern. Even vs Barcelona in 2012 we defended higher
  5. not when he is busy shitting his pants.
  6. lol @Azpi successfully taking on a defender
  7. gilmour stays on, cant believe it. will be an absolute miracle if we win this with him. tammy with an instant turnover. who would have thought
  8. tammy would have been rooted to the spot and complained that the cross was too good
  9. this midfield cant control shit. the yifures how soft we are there with gilmour and press us relentlessly. we cant fight back with such lightweights.
  10. that is the kind of header, giroud HAS to score. great cross for once
  11. palace take freekicks directly from so far out, the ball and their players in our box can not even be caught in one frame.
  12. clear handball from them in the box, goes unnoticed
  13. the ref is not helping. clearly a good tackle from barks. Milivojevic is so soft, we should continue to try pounce onhim
  14. RJ with a terrible cross, pope still catholic
  15. both are getting their fair share. Kepa is just an excuse of a footballer. But 19 y.o. Gilmour should not be on the pitch in this critical time, he clearly cant handle it
  16. True but Gilmour has been a passenger at best. He always just plays the ball backwards and does not help attack at all. He is so clearly inhibited by his fear that he is unable to express himself.
  17. the pressure is clearly getting to tiny Gilmour too. he is so clearly lost in that midfield. if we miss out on top 4 after having relinquished one of our better midfielders for a 19 year old question will and should be asked.
  18. great half until that feckin fluke goal. How on earth did kepa not save that. he basically just had to raise his fucking arm. The assist from gilmour was unluky even though it had been coming. But the goal is 99% on Kepa. Every good defence will allow that shot cos you expect your goalkeeper to catch that especially with the free sight he had.
  19. It’s crucial that we move above Leicester and Utd at some point. As both play each other on the last day we then would make sure that if we fail to win vs Pool or Wolves we don’t fall behind both. We need to have 2 points on Leicester and Utd otherwise if we lose to wolves or pool they might end up colluding for a draw which in case of a single point advantage will see both above us due to GD
  20. An IQ of above 130 places one in the 98% percentile, so not such a rare genius. The article explicitly states that there was a company doing iq tests with the squad at the training groudn and Lampard reached a score of 150+. Nothing to do with his GCSEs. They were just anecdotally added. Also, there are plenty of corresponding reports on said incidents of the tests taken at Cobham so I have no reason to doubt that Lampard indeed had such a remarkable result on that particular test. Further I think IQ tests project an anachronistic and limited spectrum of intelligence. Most are based on pattern recognition. But often enough the person designing the test is subject to follow a subconscious pattern by doing so. This pattern could be a lot simpler than the one being asked for in the test. Consequently a person who is just experienced in doing such tests will find them much easier. For example, for my first job interview all applicants had to complete an IQ test with all kinds of matrices, graphics, word sequences etc, typical IQ test BS. Because I used to do them for fun as a kid, i had no problems solving the whole test easily in time while all others struggled. So, I got the job. A friend of mine, one of the most intelligent people I know who now works as a computer scientist at a famous venture capital firm applied for the same job a few months later and somehow failed badly. Consequently he was eliminated in the first round. Simultaneously a few absolute dumbwits who had less problems with the tests were hired. In the end, maybe the most accurate test of intelligence is how much value someone attributes to these IQ tests.
  21. tbf the guy (Maatsen?) he is showing up looks like a 15 y.o.
