IMO he did enough to be in contetnion for a start vs tottenham. both his goals in CL have been openers so really important goals too. Really indifferent perofrmance overall. Could have put hte game to bed early on but made it unnecessarily hard for ourselvesby not taking our chances like usually. We reallyneed to put them away vs the spuds. Glad Reece, Ziyech, kante got some rest. A bit more rotation would not have hurt i guess.

Justa beautiful headed goal. Super difficult to generate this much power and height on a balll that basically goes up and down vertically especially with a diagonal run up like Giroud had to take.Perfect timing as well. These kind of actions win you games. That is why we need to keep him at all costs.

The second one was not easy the ball was behind him and wobbling so you need good technique to still score but the first there is no excuse cos he just needs to stay above the ball and direct it Hiawatha with any body part
