exactly. Fifa, uefa they just fear for their own existence. They dont give a fuck about the fans, they just want to instrumentalize them, create an outrage using words like "tradition", "historic", "solidarity" and their fear of change to retain the status quo. When everyone is corrupt why not have corrupt clubs battle it out instead of having a super-corrupt meta-organisatin like uefa fixing matches on top of it.

Our record in the big games is immaculate. Euro super league could be TT's competition
-
Cutting ties with corrupted UEFA, Fifa who are average entrepreneurs in terms of marketing the most popular sport anyway has nothing to do with having no soul. PSG will join at a later point but they did not want to ruin their last shot at CL. I do not like the makeup of this with perez as chair etc but in principle this move makes sense. The clubs participating in Super league will draw ahead of the rest. Enlgish clubs keep their dominance bc they have 6 clubs in there whilst the others have max3 so far. With the extra revenue our club will finally arrive in the group of historic super clubs for good. WE will easily be able to afford a new shiny stadium. Also if Fifa really exclude players from world cup this could eventually mean the end of international football and a dream come true.
-
From a capitalist point of view organising a super league themselves is perfectly reasonable. Without uefa as black hole middle man, the clubs can generate a lot more revenue. also CL as a product has long sucked ass.
-
Well does it matter now? Super League might possibly go ahead next season Excited what happens now lol. Eventhough Ihtink this is too much too soon, I relish how uefa and fifa must be fuming right now haha
-
PSG to win CL is settled then
-
For this dreadful performance, southampton should be banned from playing football forever
-
I like the lineups from @manpe and @MoroccanBlue The only players who look a bit overplayed are Azpi and Mount. I would hope at least one is rotated. CHO, Alonso, Zouma, Chirs and Kova if fit are probably gonna come back in.
-
We should rest players vs Brighton, Fulham and yes Arsenal. No way around that.
-
TT tactical masterclass today. We contained the best side in the world to a handful of half-chances. Immense defensive display. Also created several good opportunities. TT has won vs: Pep Guardiola, Jürgen Klopp, Diego Simeone (2X), José Mourinho and Carlo Ancelotti in the space of weeks. Impressive
-
Let's hope southampton somehow manages to get through. would be so annoying to play leicester twice within days. Anyway the fa cup date is terrible in our fixture lsit. We play the Real, Man City, Arsenal, FA Cup final and then Villa in a space of 18 days. crazy. This phase will decide our season. some of our players looked knackered today already. Lets hope TT knows when to rest which players.
-
So the final is on 15th may. The day we play Leicester anyway. So which fixture will be moved ?
-
Absolute corruption again form the ref pro city. Fernandinho should have been sent off twice and has not even seen a card
-
Fernandinho should have been off already fuck Mike dean
-
Terrible lineup... playing Kepa is always a bad idea -.-also don’t like the Mount ziyech combined kdb will have a field day from distance.
-
Joe Willock an Arse player is the most important scorer in our bid for top 4 lol... can't make this up.
-
ewcastle asre kidding me. missing an emtpy goal wtf and now they score tehy are weird
-
spam ar eclawing this back oh fuck
-
yeah but they are a good side overall wih their most important players on great form. Teams like this can be dangeorus for anyone including us. my hope is this dismal performance vs a shit nucastle has completely demolished their confidence and now they have to brood a week over it, maybe lose their rhythm completely.
-
The shit is, after this, West Spam have a full week to prepare for the game vs us, while we have to play 2 more times until then...
-
I think we can forget about Billy and Tammy featuring in anything meaningful for the remainder of the season. TT wants a trophy and will not make experiments. Whilst I can understand it with Gilmour who has looked out of his depth in many games where the pressure was on, I can not really see it with Tammy. Esp when we want to play on the counter attack he is a decent alternative. He also has a good record of scoring vs shitty teams, so he should at least have seen some time vs Porto and Crystal Palace. Anyway, my biggest ocncern is that we will most probably be totally useless in midfield with Jorginho being passed by again and again while Kante fucks up our few chances to counterattack with the result us being camped around our own box waiting for KDB or another of their countless wC players to hammer one in the top corner. The thing vs City is you can defend as good as you want, more often than not someone is popping up with something outreageous out of nothing. We have to take our chances. that is the imperative
-
I can see Kane going to City rather. Fits Guardiola's style better than Haaland and is more affordable. Really hope he goes abroad tho.
-
Our midfield is paperthin tho. Basically can only play Kante and Jorginho till they pass out rn.
-
whetever it is worth when we are lacking crucial players at the all deciding end of the season.

It is not a pen by the rules of every single footballing authority within the UEFA. And every referee knows it. Just as every referee should know to let the foul run to give the VAR a chance to help. The only explanation is that they acted the way they did on purpose. https://www.thefa.com/football-rules-governance/lawsandrules/laws/football-11-11/law-12---fouls-and-misconduct I agree with you. The rule is stupid. Just heading the ball into your arms could easily be exploited as a way to make a close control without risking it to get away from you. but a rule is a rule.
