The Pl is never gonna kick the big 6 out. I think the major reason why the leagues and uefa are threatening with the big guns is that they actually do not have the legal power to exclude specific players for their club affiliations or dock off points/ban teams on will. The leagues have no interest punishing their best teams.

the English clubs if they do not kicked out of PL at least still have the edge of a competitive and better endowed domestic league.
