Pretty frustrating injury. I would of really liked to see him against Everton. Been a pretty shit international break.

I was on /sp/, was getting tired of the transfer talk threads and game threads so I searched Chelsea forum. I lurked most of the major forums, this one had by far best layout, members, discussion etc. I still go on /sp/ for game threads to obtain an idea of opponent's views and just a general view, then come on here to a obtain an in-depth Chelsea view.

I think its a fair assessment of the preseason. I do believe it will change once the season begins. I think Oscar, Hazard and Mata can all be huge game changers, but once their roles are defined. I feel like Jose is finding out what works best for us. When everyone is put into a position and given a role, everything will (hopefully) come together. I feel like Rooney(If he comes), will open games up. I'm really excited to see this team grow with each other.

I feel like he has had a very strong pre-season. Has definitely made a difference when coming on and has been a great super-sub. Definitely brings something new to the squad.

Will DDR want to leave to PSG? I feel like he has been very loyal to Roma and has been a fan of Chelsea which is the only reason he would consider leaving. On a side note, if Mourinho wants him, we will fend off PSG

d-did you want Villa? I don't know what's worse spending 70m+ on Cavani or buying Villa.

He needs a rest bad. He did pick up his play though in the 2nd half and was pretty influential once Hulk was subbed off. I don't know if that had something to do with it.

Lukaku is a great kid etc. There is no way he can lead Chelsea in the Champions league. We need a world class striker and Cavani is it. There will be a huge amount of games this season, and he will get plenty of experience either way.

Dislike most of the spanish. Dissapointing they have to resort to cheap tactics when they are the clearly better team.

I understand we have an amazing midfield and i still feel like we will do very well this season. Personally I am sad that we couldnt get Cavani for a reasonable price. I dont see one big name among Torres, Ba and Lukaku. I see super-subs.

Everybody happy? Ha. City still have a very intimidating strike force, Madrid just improved thiers and we still have Lukaku,Torres and Ba.. That doesnt put a smile on my face.

I haven't seen much of him, but I was pretty impressed when I did see him. 40m is a bit much. I say a fair price would be 25m. Knowing us, I wouldn't mind if we got him for 30m.

Quite disappointed we couldnt reach an agreement. I wouldnt say this we are completely done with him though. I feel like the confederation cup may spark another bid.

I doubt this is true, if it is.. might aswell spend an extra 13m for cavani rather then completely waste 35m for higuain

We are going to be wrecked, if we dont play amazing. Coming off the madrid lost they will.have something to prove. Best chance is a tie and bring to.the bridge.
