yes it is! Neymar will be around 24/25 years old when he fully develops and adapts to European football! Neymar at the age of 22 when he comes to Europe will basically be where the likes of Ronaldo and Messi were at the age of 18/19 by the time you get to 22/23 years old you should have really had a good few years of developing at the highest level to have any chance of becoming the best in the world, that is why Neymar will never get anywhere the level of Messi and Ronaldo! thats why i just have to laugh whenever he gets compared to them. Neymar will be closer to a Robinho than the likes of Ronlado or Messi and he only has himself to blame! All these famous Brazilians need to stop embarrassing themselves as well and stop acting as if Neymar will win them the world cup because it just isnt going to happen!

This! players like Hazard, Oscar, Reus, Gotze, Isco ect are all ahead of Neymar! they are all learning and developing their game at the highest level whereas Neymar has got as far as he can in Brazil and wont develop anywhere near as well as the European based players! the only way for Neymar to develop further is by coming to Europe asap! and 2014 is just to late imo. Neymar will be 22/23 years old when he comes to Europe and he will be at the stage where the likes of Hazard, Oscar, Reus, Gotze, Isco ect were when they were 19-21 years old, so Neymar will always be behind them in his development. He will be a great player no doubt but imo he will never reach the very top, look at Ronlado for example it took him 3 season from the age of 18-21 to really develop into the player he is today, Neymar is already 21 and is still not even playing in Europe! no way will he ever win a Ballon d'or imo,

If we really want him we could easily sign Negredo today! imo we should, as we should be able to get him for under £15m and is a very decent striker. If the club are going to take the EL seriously then we need another striker as Torres on his own wont be enough!
