  1. Coutinho was far from impressive against Real Madrid, its embarrassing that you are trying to convince yourself that he was good, or maybe you just have low standards. Coutunho is simply a level below Oscar, he is a better dribbler other then that not much else.
  2. 35 goals in friendlies dont impress me at all.
  3. you mean watch YouTube highlights that are designed to make a player look good? I would rather read match reports and player ratings, where a lot say he done nothing in the game, hence why he was taken off.
  4. are you really using his goals for Brazil to back up your argument, when most of his international goals are scored in friendlies, where teams are obviously not as competitive and make a number of substitutions during each game.
  5. are you serious other then hitting the post he had no impact on that game at all. Talk about clutching at straws...
  6. very serious, yes I have seen what both have produced, Oscar not only scores more, he also got more assists last season, as well as averaging more passes, more successful passes and a higher pass completion per game then Coutinho. Coutinho is just as inconsistent as Oscar (at least you can see why Oscar has been inconsistent with his lack of pre-season in the past, what is Coutinho's excuse?) and Coutinho rarely puts in world class performances. In fact Coutinho looked out of his depth in CL last season. That's 2 managers now who have put Oscar ahead of Coutinho as Brazil's CAM, but you probably know more then Scolari and Dunga right?
  7. Something like 'we'll see you next year, we'll see you next year, John Stones we'll see you next year' The Everton fans would be fuming and we would get inside Stones's head.
  8. Coutinho is a level below Oscar simple as that.
  9. Top 10 attackers in the world 1. Messi 2. Ronaldo 3. Hazard 4. Suarez 5. Robben 6. Costa 7. Aguero 8. Neymar 9. Lewandowski 10. Muller with Silva, Bale and Ibra just outside the top 10.
  10. what are you talking about? other then finishing i cant think of anything else that Neymar is better then Hazard at, and even when you look at Neymar's goals most are put on a plate for him, whereas Hazard can create chances for himself, Neymar needs the ball put on a plate for him. Hazard runs games in the final third for us everything we do in the final third goes through Hazard, he carried us to the PL title last season, at Barca everything goes through Messi, without Messi Neymar would struggle to score 15 goals a season, you have to take into consideration when teams play against Chelsea they set up to try and stop Hazard, he usually has 2 or 3 player around him all the time like Messi does, Neymar on the other hand only usually has the opposition RB marking him, as teams focus more on stopping Messi and Suarez. Hazard is easily the better all round player, no idea why you seem to think Neymar is better then Hazard at everything other then dribbling, makes me think you dont watch either player very often and just look at stats.
  11. Hazard was one of the most consistent players in europe last season.
  12. I have said the same thing, De Bruyne will want to come inside as will Sterling which is going to mean less space for Silva to work with, Navas stretches teams, which gives Silva plenty of room to pick teams apart, they will lose balance in their attack without Navas which is good news for us.
  13. quite a few Man City fans are not convinced by De Bruyne, i have seen they are calling him a ginger James Milner.
  14. Long passing wont benefit City as they play a tiki taka style of football, where everything goes through Silva, De Bruyne's crosses wont be very effective either as Aguero is short and wont win many headers.
  15. of course De Bruyne is better then Navas, but the doesnt mean De Bruyne replacing Navas will improve Man City, its not as simple as that. some will say Mata is better then Oscar, but why do you think Oscar started ahead of Mata? Balance. why do you think Di Maria didnt start in LVG's 3-5-2 last season? Balance Gotze is better the Douglas Costa, why do you think Costa starts ahead of Gotze? Balance The list goes on. People need to realise this is real life and not Fifa.
  16. i was being sarcastic before the City game btw. and balance is everything, you under-estimate how important it is, De Bruyne is a bad fit for City, i gaurantee they try to sign a real right winger in the next few years when they realise De bruyne is not the answer, Pedro would have been so perfect for them, if they signed Pedro then i would be very worried, but De Bruyne on the other hand will not take them forward, same with Sterling who i dont rate at all! People forget how average Man City were last season, their signings are simply not good enough to take them to the next level, right now they are high on confidence, once they get bought back to reality, then you will see the real Man City, right now what we have seen so far is not the real Man City, just like in previous seasons where we have looked incredible early on only to implode, and not even challenge till the final day. Man City fans will experience this, this season.
  17. he will take Navas place, they had perfect balance with Sterling - Silva - Navas, they will now lose that balance, they will also lose their new weapon this season the counter attack, as they also lose pace with KdB. De Bruyne's crosses will also not suit the small Sergio Aguero who isnt going to win many headers, I can really see them realising De Bruyne makes them more predictable and easier to park the bus against as they wont have Navas to stretch teams, so they will move Kevin in the number 10 role and stick Silva on the right which also wont solve there unbalanced attack. As i said before i think the De bruyne signing is going to be a huge factor in us retaining the PL.
  18. 100% agree. Especially when you see how poor Croatia played in their last two Euro qualifiers.
  19. was that picture of him looking so fat when he was injured actually real?
  20. Scored 2 goals for Croatia U21 today, I really like the look of Pasalic, out of all of our player on loan he is the one i have high hopes for, he could be a real gem.
  21. yet i was and still am one of his biggest fans! go back and check all the praise i have given him through the years, i dont just say he will flop for no reason, i back up what i say, i think its a bad move for him, you on the other hand, cant back up what you say.
  22. you didnt watch the game did you? :clown:
  23. do you even watch Hazard play regularly? He has proven himself to be a big game player, time and time again he performs for us in the big games, as for the CL as a team we were awful in both legs against PSG, and in the World Cup he got 2 game winning assists and 1 MOTM award. Hazard is very rarely annoymous in games, and the times when he is, is mainly due to us being ultra defensive. You are clearly just looking for attention or dont watch Hazard play regularly.
  24. well he showed a few wow moments in both games for Belgium, he will be back at his very best in no time.
