Stick at it mate. Even if you come out with a qualification it puts you ahead of someone without, whereas if you quit you will have to explain to an employer why you quit, how will that look to them? I can literally think of no good points about quitting.

Would be the stupidest decision of your life and you would always look back and think what if I finished where would I be now? what would I be doing now? I didn't go to uni so can't speak from experience, but I imagine it's incredibly stressful and there's a lot of pressure on you which will get your emotions running, but seriously mate stick at it and see it through.
