Roman would know by now that he fucked up when it came to Jose. If reports are true, he and Jose mended there relationship and still stay in contact. For me, Guardiola, is a decent manager, but had the best players in the world to work with. Jose came here, bought a handful of decent players from around the world, mixed them with what we had and made us one of the best teams in the world. Nobody else could do that in my opinion.

I still disagree, respectively that is. I think Frank will definitely be a manager one day. I can't remember where i read it, but i remember seeing something about Frank have one of the highest IQ's in game. I figure every club should have at least 2-3 players that are 32yo+. for me that's Lampard, Cech, and Terry or Cole. Found the article http://metro.co.uk/2009/03/05/lampards-iq-score-makes-him-a-genius-509057/

That's exactly what he should do. Look at Fergie, and to a lesser extent Wenger. They have complete control of there clubs. Even though Wenger hasn't won much, he has done pretty well getting Le'arse into the top 4 every season with the same players. Roman, should have little or no say when it comes to team selection, transfers, tactics etc. We have coaches and scouts for that.

I have absolutely no doubt there are better players out there at the moment. Even though the style of play has changed, we still need Frank at the club. He is so important! I've followed Frank ever since he played for West Ham. I remember my brother telling me about this "Young bloke" who is Harry's nephew, and to watch him close. I was new to the Premier League and being only 15 at the time, i didn't really take notice. When Chelsea signed him in 01 i was pretty excited (as you would with any signing in those days). I thought he was a decent player but i never really noticed him till his second season and the first game vs Charlton?? where he scored the winner. I knew we had somebody special. Throughout the years he instantly became one of my favourite Chelsea players. Not just because of what he did on the pitch, but because his teammates were always giving him wraps about how he was the first on the training pitch and last to leave. His work ethic and extra work with the youth teams was always in the pipeline. He was Chelsea through and through. Among all the players we paid big dollars for, he was still the one leading the team from the front. Not some French, or Spanish or Italian bloke. Frank.. It's not like with Man City. They don't have that "Frank Lampard" type player, an Englishman who cemented his position on the team no matter who they bought in. That's why they will never be as successful as us, and that's why we can't let him go. I don't expect you to understand, but Frank should never be on anybody else's sideline. He should retire with us, take a year or two off to do his certificate and come right back as an assistant coach.

The reason Jose left us was because Roman had too much input on how the club ran things. I feel it's the same deal at Madrid, hence all the failed managers like us. Jose is without a doubt the best manager, you just need to let him do his thing. Look at Inter. Moratti let him pretty much do things the way he wanted and look what happened. The thing with Jose is, give him complete control and he will give you Silverware.

LOL. Your an idiot mate... And I'll say it again, Anybody who agrees with the club in letting Lampard go is an absolute Fucking Twat.. Even If Frank had 10 terrible games in a row, I would still not let him go. A player with is brain, experience, energy, passion, and love for the club will probably come along once every 30 years. If we are lucky.. If we let our experience go, we are no better then Arsenal.
-
LOL. Not trying at all actually.. I just tell it how i see it.
-
Believe me, If there is something going on behind the scenes with Real, I would be a lot worse if Jose wasn't there. The guy is easily the best man manager at the moment. Fergie had a party when he left England..
-
Under Jose winning nothing is unheard of.
-
Simple. Want to win shit?? Jose Mourinho..
-
Hate to say it, but we are starting to look like Arsenal...
-
It burns you that a non-English Chelsea fan can prove an idiot like you wrong, doesn't it? Fucking gronk..
-
Lol. Paulo is there as an interpreter for the Portuguese during players. Don't be surprised if he does get re-signed. A good servent of the club tbh.
-
Lampard was instrumental today. whoever agrees with the club that he has no future with us, is a Fucking twat.. Beside the penalty that wasn't, Cesar was very strong today.

I lost respect for this fuck-wit when he was having a laugh with his Liverpool mates after they beat us at the Bridge last season.. This is becoming a joke. What happened to having blokes on your squad who loved the club? Players who bled for their team-mates. Players who kissed the badge and pumped up the crowed. The days where our players cried after a big loss. I can honestly say that it's the end of an era. When Lamps and Ash move on, Who's gonna give a fuck anymore??
-
Bloke has 1 bad game since 08. A fucking champion in my eyes. If we could give his heart and determination to the attacking department, we would be unstoppable..
-
Oh how times have changed. I remember no getting any sleep while the transfer window closed.
-
Premier league history ? This twat is the worst transfer in sporting history...
-
That makes no sense.. If i got paid to do anything, it would be done..
-
Your kidding right? Should we be celebrating the fact that he's robbing the club for his wages and never turning up? Drogba was booed by his own crowd in 05 for diving and he stopped. Maybe if they keep booing him he will realise how shit he is and finally Fuck off. Useless prick.
-
I think most people here just want to see two afros in midfield...
-
You talk about us moving on, but are we? Sacking a club legend for a guy who couldn't win the Premier League with arguably one of the strongest sides in the last 10 years Sacking Robbie for Rafa is not exactly "moving forward". On the contrary, it's trying to get a quick fix, like we have for the last 4 years. Which means we are spending more money, having more debt and leaving absolutely no hope of building a consistent squad, hence the dips in form and dropping 20 points in a month. Persisting with the worst striker the club has ever seen Sending Drogba, Kalou, Anelka and Sturridge all packing so we can keep giving our $50,000,000 cancer a go at fucking up our club. Does that sound like "moving forward"? No wait, the same idiots at the club who made this decision are the ones handling the Lampard affair. I feel so much better that the club is in such competent hands. Selling a player like Sturridge to a rival club Remember this space. Sturridge will be one of the best strikers in Europe one day. Those idiots fucked up big time.. Wait and see The club is being run by fuck wits. You may think we are in good hands with decisions like this, but you are wrong. Letting Lampard go is setting a very bad example for future players. They are pretty much telling them "No matter how good you are, or how much you have done for the club, once you hit a certain age, cya later" It just goes to show why we are the second most hated club in England.
-
You think because you live in England that makes you a greater Chelsea fan then somebody else? You can go fuck yourself right there.. I've bled blue since 98 and i can tell you something, your attitude towards a club legend is making me start to question your longevity as a Chelsea supporter. You will start spouting off about history? Anybody can use wikipedia. You will probably want to show us your old Chelsea jersey and memorabilia? Anybody can use eBay. I couldn't give a fuck if you agree with the club in letting a player who's tears have hit the turf at Stamford Bridge leave. Lampard is 1/3 the reason why the club has been successful over the last 10 years.

A game day boycott you fucking tool.
