When Rdm was sacked roman decided to sack him 2 weeks later after he had sorted fsw out. So he could be "sorting" something out. Though as he is an interim roman may just wait til the end of the season. Which is one he'll of a gamble. It's gonna be a tough race for top 4. And please would the ivory Coast knock Nigeria out.

If we get top 4 then all is fine and good, as roman will bring in a permenent manager and probably strengthen the squad. My problem is the IF part. And i rate our chances better without rafa, but i am happy to agree to disagree on that rather than go round in circles.

What? We were LOSING then and we needed goals and crucially, Demba ba still hadn't come on the pitch yet. Also that change was bertrand for A.cole not Azpi for ivan. As for marin, he isn't useless but he never gets any chances and hasn't impressed yet. Still he would be more usful than a tired player. Chelsea are tired and depleted, but and getting rid of rafa wouldn't change that but it would still make us a hell of a lot better then. Any sane manager would have used the bench as depleted as it was when players are TIRED as you just told me... If players are that tired then surely that is a bigger reason to use all of your subs.

Yeah, its crap, but we can't do anything about that. But fresh legs are fresh legs and Azpi and Marin are better than a very tired bertrand and ivan. It will solve the endless protests from fans etc, and mean we can concentrate on the game, it wouldn't solve all our problems but our team is more than good enough for top 4 with anyone other than rafa there.

No they were joking about how he would do that in the 87th min, with the time being the main factor. At 2-2 we needed fresh impetus in defence and attack. Azpi would give us fresh legs and someone to help on the overlap and marin, because if he cant even come on as a sub when we are playing a left back at left winger with no other options what was the point of his purchase. Even benayoun could come on just to have someone fresh who can chase back then run forward for 10 mins.

What do you mean? Rafa gone would mean: a) we don't have an idiot in charge b ) we do have a bench, he just doesn't use it, (why not put on Azpi for a tired ivan, why not put marin on, fresh legs and couldn't have been worse than bertrand or oscar) c) Everyone would concentrate on the team, which isn't happenning d) Rafa gone would give everyone new motivation. e) There is no way our results could get worse f) I didn't know you were in touch with roman and ray wilkins.

For me and i am sure many others it is so obvious that he has to go.... We can't do anything about the size of the squad as the transfer window has closed. No he has the exact same team to work with, but i am fairly certain the team would want to play more for him, and i 100% guarentee you the fans would be right behind him ray and that would be 1 less problem than having to deal with the rafa show.

I want wilkins as interim til the end of the season, he isn't doing much atm, and he knows what he is doing. Obviously rafa has to go first lol.

But the key factor is that we can do fuck all about the fact the squad is depleted. The window has passed. We all want to recall players which has been said. Rafa gone would increase overall team unity and that would be huge, and could we do much worse? As i said someone like ray wilkins would be perfect. Knows exactly what he is doing and isn't an idiot.

The reason people are so annoyed at rafa is mainly because who is he is and what he has said about us. There is no guarentee what they would do but given that 95% of us would do that you would have to think that a manager would be able to do that. Hazard is back soon so that is the bertrand thing dealt with, and the rest is we have to wait until Moses and co returns. There is no manager that the fans will be on the back of as much as rafa that i can think off the top of my head. Someone like ray wilkins knows exactly what he is doing thinks the same as a fan with the expertise would be perfect.

He was trying to get stuck in too much today and he made some errors, ill forgive him and i would still have him in my starting 11 without a shadow of doubt because someone with desire and effort is what we need, providing it can be channelled a bit better. Our defence will be helped out a lot when luiz or mikel returns then at least we will have someone holding adding extra protection.

I don't think that can be blamed on the fans. They travelled up to newcastle to support the team managed by this idiot. At the start i was utterly against anything like that because the damage it could do to the team... Well the damage is done and something needs to be done. The manager needs to be gone so we can have a team again who gets the full support of the fans (and by full support i mean 100% of its concentration) and players who want to play for a manager respect him and like him. Everyone knows that rafa will be gone (be it now- hopefully or the summer) so thats hardly condusive to team unity when he is hated and they know he probably won't be there in a while.

Considering what he did to RDM after we went on that bad run after getting fucked over by clattenburg culmanating in a loss to juventus (at least they are world class). Every manager who has got close to that bad a run has been insta fired, how much you want to bet the one manager everyone wants gone more than any other is given extra chnces until its too late.

Just terrible, and i am not even angry, because it has gotten so expected. We need to recall KDB or do something, get moses to come back from AFCON. And we sacked a much loved respected manager for doing better than this, so are you telling me the one time roman doesn't adopt his no noncsense policy is for the one will all hate... Also WTF IS UP WITH HIS SUBSTITUITIONS? WHY DID WE ONLY MAKE 1 SUB! Before i get crucified, i am not saying that is the only reason we lost at all, but someone tell me why?
