Yeah when i said leaving i meant in Jan, but i wouldnt guarentee he is definitely not leaving in January. You think many people would turn down 200k a week when he intends on leaving 6 months down the line anyway... Obviously some players would and he could be one of them but there are a lot more i would think who would take the money... If i was betting on it then i don't think he will leave in january now, but i am simply saying that i don't see it being over as if roman wants him they only have to agree personal terms and things can change very quickly when transfers get into that stage.

Assuming they are true (which i assume they are) falcao wouldn't exactly come out and say i want to leave as it puts him in a bad position as clubs will offer him lower wages knowing that fact. If he says i have no interest in leaving we have to go to him and offer him closer to 200k to get him to leave. It makes it less likely but people found it hard to believe it was as close as was thought and the same could be said the other way round with me doubting this will be the last we hear of it. And finally, how many times has a player or manager say i/he are not going anywhere only to up and leave a few days later.It's less likely for sure but you never know and if roman really wants him and wants to give him a shit load of money falcao will come.

In an ideal world yes, but i would take the 3 points in any way they come as one or hopefully more than one of our direct rivals could drop some points and keeping the winning momentum would be extremely ideal and hopefully get closer to the manchester clubs and pull away from the main pack trying for at least fourth.

I maybe would have played rambo with david luiz but tbh i wouldn't consider moving David Luiz. He has found a position that he is doing well in so far and until that changes he would be one of my starting 2 in the pivot. When JT comes back he will take Cahill's place and then we have azpi ivan terry cole luiz and lamps/rambo/mikel which would be a pretty strong lineup for me.

I'd give JT a 2 year extention, taking him to the end of 2014/2015 season then re-evaulate. Also give lamps a new deal and a cole a 2/3 year deal.

Yeah but who here was talking about getting marin... Very few. So yes just because we are not linked to a player doesn't mean we won't sign them, but that situation applies to every player we don't own. Yes they could be working at getting cavani and lewandowski in the background but it's a lot less unlikely given how much media attention they recieve.

My feeling towards torres are pretty well known to most on here, and i think we do need a new striker going forwards as he isn't Back and his performances still leave a lot to be desired. However, the fact remains he is still a chelsea player and i want to see us score... If its through him then that is great, very few think that torres is back after scoring a few goals and he is not the very top striker he once was. But if he wants to keep contributing towards the teams goal tally then that is fine with me.

A lot of it is just BS, like how the JT thing dragged for a year.... Really. Give him a fine, and a ban and move on. Yeah, but it at least gives a big indication of what is going on... People see someone play well and say we should buy x,y,z. But Falcao is realistic and that is why a lot of people are getting excited about the potential. If we were linked to cavani everyone would be going crazy probably including me hoping we sign him, but i am not going to say i would rather have this that or the other when there is an extremely minute chance we will get them atm... Obviously things change, but i am sure everyone has a list as long as their arm of players they would like to see us buy. As someone also said People really like the idea of getting lewandowski, but we are nowhere near the front of the queue for him and although we may like to think we can buy anyone the fact is we cant, as players don't want to move get better deals, want to go elsewhere or our club isn't interested.
