  1. He scored a hat-trick against Arsenal on Saturday. Is he getting good?
  2. I did not mean to replace Jackson with him, more like an addition as we only have one striker in the squad. Jackson was overused this season without having European duties. One striker must come, and if we cannot find a good candidate then we can try Lukaku, that's all I'm saying.
  3. I feel we are going a little too far with this, he is a football player, let's not make a satanic figure out of him. He is just a football player who always trying to be smart and - with the help of his parasite agents - always pushing for the best available positions, publicity and contracts. Both of his spells here were very disappointing, but we invested lots of money on him, and now there is one spot in the squad which he seems to be tailor made. Unless we receive some crazy bid, I don't see what we risk by trying to reintegrate him to the squad.
  4. Rest for what? We are in the last week of the season.
  5. Then, we could just use him. He is still good, very good. Definetly would have a good time with Cole/Malo/Noni, 1/1 can replace or rotate with Jackson. I firmly believe Osimhen has nothing to offer what Lukaku cannot. He is 31 only, team starts to look good, perfect time for him to jump in and repay some.
  6. From Luton's live game centre: "With one game to go the Hatters are three points from safety with an inferior goal difference as attention turns to the final game of the season against Fulham next Sunday, knowing only an unlikely set of results will prevent them from slipping into the Championship. It’s been a season to make you proud to be a Luton fan regardless – and we’ll see you next weekend at Kenilworth Road." Well done Luton, they really has been a breath of fresh air, instead of having Norwich/West Brom/Watford around.
  7. If we win 12-0.. Anyway it's a must win, Newcastle visiting MU next week, we can overtake then.
  8. Luton will visit West Ham 2 hours earlier. If they lost, they are relegated, so by the time our match kicks off Forest might be safe already. Either way, we must win, hope CHO will be as silent as during his carreer here.
  9. It was really different times back then. Getting sacked after finishing 2nd in the Premier League and reach CL top 8, seems ridiculous. On the other hand competition in the PL was very different.. Liverpool and Spurs were low, City was just getting started(Agüero joined after that summer), so second place was pretty much the worst we can got. Now it's a dream for us.
  10. Hats off to Ancelotti.. Many people said he was over his time after Chelsea already. 5 years he had spent at Bayern, Napoli and Everton, doing ok but not great, many people would send him to retirement. Everyone lost their shit when Pep finally won a CL after like 10 years, while Carlo quietly about to pick up his 5th.
  11. Joselu.. Anyone would have guessed he will score a brace in a CL-semi when he played for Newcastle a few years ago?
  12. Mr Quarterback fucked up again. They were winning 1-0, why on earth would you throw the ball 10 metres instead of kick off? Ofc, because it’s Neuer.
  13. Funny to see Courtois and Kepa sitting together on the bench while Lunin playing..
  14. This whole side of playoff is funny. On one side, teams like Arsenal, City, Real, Bayern killing each other.. On the other side, all teams quite awful in CL top 4 level. Inter missed a HUGE chance, they should have walked to the final.
  15. Ah, yes.. We sacked so many managers recently I start to lose the timeline.
  16. Is this Beraldo guy any good? He sucked hard every time I saw him. Unbelievable if BVB reaches final.. Last year we kicked them out with Lampard.. And I don’t even really see what has changed, what they are outstanding at. Maatsen is a good story too. From being pretty much 4th choice left back of a suffering PL-midtable team he is on his way to run out in Wembley for CL final.
  17. Didn’t they lost like 4-0 to Brentford and were in the relegation zone in September?
  18. I want to laugh but we still conceded 4 more.. I have plenty of faith in Arsenal.
  19. United are playing Arsenal this weekend.. Should be interesting. Hope they will be as motivated as against us.
  20. Pretty much both of their goal came from Casemiro forgetting he is CB Today and mess around in midfield.. Palace will be one to watch next year. Glasner is a great manager, they had a good base squad and Wharton was a wonderful addition. If Eze and Olise could stay fit for a longer period(and they can keep them ofc) they can be exciting next year.
  21. Skillful, creative and hardly ever available, Olise is perfect match for us.
  22. No debate in that! UTD starting with Evans-Casemiro in thr centre if defense, hope Olise/Eze/Mateta come up with some good stuff Today.
  23. Come on, this is not only TC, football fans are often like this. During/after games, easy to make statements which can are over to top or turn out to be laughing stock later. Even many respected managers made comments which are completely ridiculous retrospectively. Just wanted to appriciate the pun, can you make one with Badiashile aswell?
  24. Haha, you savage! To my defense, I can say I commented this on the 23rd of Dec, Noni failed to score or assist in the PL till 27th and pretty much had no promising contribution. He got his shit together, but still I feel he is very raw and I don't really see him being part of a system, more like someone you send to the filed and does whatever he wants. Watching him more during spring, his skills and shots are good, but Yesterday was his first really good game at Chelsea. Until Yesterday, he just had moments. But, I was obviously not right with that comment - egg on my face if you like 😄
