True that. I hope Fabregas replaces Matic in the 2nd half. We need as much unpredictable creativity as possible.

I'm so looking forward to watching Arsenalfantv tonight.
-
The tone of interviewer is also very provocative, like he deliberately is triggering Pep to answer emotionally in a reactive way. Way worse than Shreeves telling Ivanovic he won't be in the CL final.
-
Yeeees! Watched the whole game fanatically rooting for S'land, and they are, without being patronizing, very bad. They are rightly where they are at the table. Liverpool were playing with so much comfort all the time.
-
Fair enough. It makes much more sense by watching that than reading it. He was actually humbly saying that we look unstoppable and deadly on the counter, etc.
-
I don't know if Sky misquoted him and he was only talking on neutrals' behalf, but judging by the wes' post, I logically interpreted it as him saying that he himself wants T'ham to win, not talking on neutrals' behalf. I don't care if he wants them to win, but I do care and I get pissed off at him calling himself a Chelsea fan while admitting to wanting T'ham to win the game.

What a two-faced hypocrite. No fan would ever want their team beaten in any match, especially when it's against their contemporary most hated rival in a game that would give us infinite confidence and joy were we to win it. If I was a club/stadium official, I would give this POS a lifetime ban from ever coming to the Bridge. Gosh it boils my blood so much that he had the audacity to call himself a Chelsea fan while basically cheering on Tottenham to win.

Willian is so useless. We look so weak up front. It's clear to see this formation needs a target man kind of striker.
-
Wonderful 25th birthday gift for us to go 6 pts clear. A huge difference from when we hit rock-bottom at Leicester last year on this exact date. Courtois is my MOTM solely for that van Aanholt save. My heart literally skipped a beat when he took the shot!
-
I actually think Dušan Tadić would fit like a glove as Pedro and Willian's replacement. He's unpredictable, technical and very intelligent. He's very very underrated. I hope the club/Conte thinks about him for the January window.

Surely I can't be the one who's dreading to see Ivanovic, Cahill, Matic and Willian in the starting line-up against Hull anyway despite the Arsenal game and Conte maybe having realised what we've been screaming our lungs out about? Right now it feels like waiting for results on a terrible disease because there's a slight chance that you may have it. If it does happen and Hull fuck us over, then it's on him really. I'd rather, no I'm begging that he at least tries Chalobah at CB with Azpi and Alonso as FBs, RLC/Oscar for Matic and Moses for Willian. If I see Ivanovic and Cahill in the line-up I really think I'm gonna go in a state of shock.
-
Thank heavens the media has caught up with our dissatisfaction with Ivanovic and Cahill. I really thought that everyone else but our fans were oblivious to it.
-
Everytime I think about what to write I can clearly feel cortisol levels rising and it pisses me even more to know that you others can feel the same because cortisol levels aren't healthy unless you're in direct danger. I just wish Ivanovic would fuck off. It depresses me even more to think that him and Cahill surely are gonna get a free pass from Conte or another coach if he gets fired sooner or later.. The devil on my shoulder is urging me to wish them debilitating long-term injuries just in case any coach at this club never uses them anymore.
-
F*ck Ivanović. Is there a stronger verb than 'f*ck' in any language? Because 'f*ck' doesn't even really express enough how much I despise him as a starting player at this club. This turd annoys me so much with how he has cemented his place at RB despite being so last year performance-wise. I won't feel an ounce of sympathy towards Conte if we lose this one.

This is what MrExcalibur et al. were saying from the moment he went berserk and lost it against Eva. He was rightfully being criticized harshly, but we kept being ignored and thought of as village idiots. But anyway, tonight was a great midweek evening. I finally won a bet, for 9 games, simple win-only combination for 30 kr, which is roughly 3,1 pounds, and I won roughly 2865 pounds. I had bet among others on Stoke, West Ham and Liverpool. Stoke scored with 13 mins or so remaining, that's where I realized I could WIN, haha. Courage to all y'all who are doing bets! If it can happen to me, it can happen to you at anytime. ;-)

We need a freakin' left-footed LB. Azpi there always gives us a handicap, he's so useless going forward and it always seems and feels like we're one man down in attack because of him. Give Baba a fair shot, you goddamn old man and stop cowering behind Mourinho's ludicrous 'innovation'. Baba would have opened up much-needed space for Diego and the others, especially before Hazard came on.

Getting paid 120.000 a week for doing nothing extraordinary. If he had any dignity, he would have said thanks but no thanks. All those countless times where he has been humiliated, from Kompany making him his bitch in the air to Tadic, his own countryman, humiliating him with the ball at his feet, and he gets this princess treatment?? F**k him, it's like the last and only realistic hope for him to eternally f**k off with his uselessness is to get injured for a long time, and someone else takes his place like Bellering pushed Debuchy far far away in the pecking order.

I don't wanna be scaremongeringly cynical at all, but didn't anyone not realize how the mighty have fallen more or less this season and it's about time we start to really rebuild no matter the costs in the summer? The roster we have right now was almost outhshone by a basement team like WBA. It's about goddamn time we start to have the swagger of the likes of Real, Barca, Juventus, Bayern in their respective leagues. We haven't had it since probably 09/10, and even then we were pathetic in the CL. I refuse to accept the fact that players of mid-table (let's be real, West Brom have always been a mid to lower-table club in modern times) teams can threaten our half-line with confidence and courage. McClean of all left-footed players scoring with his right with that much space and freedom should be only a probability on FIFA, never against us in real time. Roman deserves it, the fans deserve it. The only thing I envy about Bayern's board is that they don't care of any obstacles they would come upon if they want a player. They'll seduce him in a miraculous way and he'll join them sooner or later, Lewandowski and Götze from Dortmund of all clubs went there and they didn't care about being branded as mercenaries by Dortmund fans. Our goddamn board should be as ruthless as them. Send the message that we'll do anything to be among the best and have players deserving of a Ballon d'Or. Other than that, it was a great game for Kenedy overall. I know Guus is doing his best, but he should be trusting of the youngsters in games much more. This game could, I wish and hope, also be a wake-up call to the players about focusing on blitz tactics early in the upcoming games. With pacy wingers like Willian and Pedro, we could really take advantage of starting games with high intensity and courageous pressing. I don't know if anyone remembers this but the game where we won 6-0 against Arsenal, we were attacking Arsenal players all the time in the first-half when we DIDN'T have the ball, forcing them to get confused when they tried attacking from their own touchline. Our wingers and Diego could be of great use to this.

I said it before and I'll say it again: I'm in celebration mode now that Mourinho's gone. The players were clearly playing without a million duties to fulfill defensively and they enjoyed themselves. The only thing missing is for Ivanovic to lose his starting spot, even the Danish match-analysts were saying that he will be the death of us in upcoming matches and they highlighted, among others, that moment where Costa gets disposessed and Zaha has a 1 on 1 against Zouma, where Ivanovic didn't bother running back like his life depended on it to cover.
-
Makes u realize how much the team/club degenerated slowly under the radar because of that narcissistic machiavellian demon of Mourinho. I got no respect for him, he clearly ate away the dressing room's spirit through his nasty shadow self. This whole mess has clear psychological roots, look how much he ruined Matic's self-belief and worth on the pitch. Matter of fact is Mourinho is a power-hungry snake with well-trained machiavellian traits that took advantage of his status in the club to keep playing his lousy, unimaginative cowardly type of football and when we got found a long long time ago, the naive and cowardly board didn't do anything until after countless bouts of humiliation against smaller teams. Either way, I'm still in celebration mode when thinking that his poision is no longer around. The players are also slowly recovering from the mental exhaustion he was causing them.
-
It would be so tragicomic if Ivanovic starts this one. The clown is unbearable to watch getting humiliated again and again.
-
Makelele's quotes are short and yet the answer to all the shortcomings. It's easy to blame the players for not trying, but come on, the man sees himself as a deity and he has so many inauthenthic leadership qualities. I, for one, empathize with the players. They are visibly spiritually, mentally and physically exhausted by the toxicity he emits.
-
That's what happens when the board, Roman and those naive fans at the stadium are under the yoke of a parasite like him. What's more painful is that we will probably win against S'land, and then fans will chant his name, and then he'll still be here. A nightmarish vicious cycle that keeps on giving.
-
What kind of enjoyment?? You think people who want him gone are somehow enjoying this? In fact, we're the ones suffering the most, because we could tell that the narcissistic, deluded turd was dragging us down from day one this season, from Eva to humiliating painful defeats against Crystal Palace, Southampton, Stoke, Liverpool, West Ham and yet he keeps getting the vote of confidence again and again. We're the ones suffering most because we've realized there's nothing special about him, he's actually THE specialist in failure, and yet there are so many hypocrites who are behind him even though they were shouting and holding banners for Benitez to get fired even though he had top 4 secured for us throughout his whole tenure..
