What I'm assuming is going on here is they've caught wind of the fact that Napoli have offered him a contract. They are using that information to try and get a jump and upping their click bait. Here's where I think this is at. Napoli have put an offer on the table (perhaps with a release clause for next year) and over the next couple days he will mull it over and make a decision. We have all heard in the past that he wants a move and I don't think this will change much now that Napoli have tabled a counter offer. I say this thing is still 50/50

Both those guys are years away. When Nathaniel was in our youth system he was a CB much like Ake, he can definitely player there its just a matter of whether or not the manager believes he can. He's a leader.

What are you talking about? You don't buy a defender for 70M! And no there isn't one defender worth that number.

I don't give a fuck about the money or any previous dealings we've had with Lukaku or Everton for that matter. My no.1 concern is to make sure we get Conte's targets! We don't know how he wants to play and more importantly this is a season where we can't fuck up! Get him what he needs and see if he can turn water to wine.

When it comes to this particular rumour its hard to discern what is real and what is fake. I think ruling it out all together is as shortsighted as thinking its on at this point.
