Definitely, he's one of those players that tend to go unnoticed but probably makes the biggest difference in a team, sort of like your Makelele days (not as talented obviously).

Gibson went off injured at half time and given our luck with injuries he'll be out about 3 months. Not expecting him to start against you so I expect you to win he's that important to us.

Liverpool aren't top of the league though. If people say United are shit and they're sitting 4th or lower then fair enough but they're not.

They have a right to be like that, your fans would be the same in a similar position as would many others. The main point I was getting at though was that people try to make out they're lucky or the cheated when they win a game. They did nothing of the sort today. They score so many late goals because teams defend against them all the time near the end of the game and they have have one of the best set of strikers in Europe.

Gibson and presumerably Cole (edit, just realised West Hams game if off) will be able to play on Boxing Day as decisions on the appeal won't be made til afterwards. Even if it does get upheld at least he misses Cheltenham in the cup rather than Wigan.
