The final conclusion is that we/Chelsea is a big club, currently needs to spend some (lot) money and If FFP rules can be broken and Uefa/Fifa is corrupted is suiting us. Then this is good for us anyway, because we can buy good players with Abramovich money. But on the other hand smaller clubs will never become big and able to win CL, unless they are bought by some rich people. In this case, they only need some reputation, which is not hard today, since football is very popular sport. They can achieve that by good results in league/CL/EL and eventualy with lot of money they will become big clubs. Who knows how big will PSG/Anzhi/Malaga be in 2016? Just look at City...Every perspective club can achieve lot of atention and some sheikh will buy it. Swansea, Newcastle have good chances in ENG, Turkish clubs, Spanish etc...Afterall, we cant expect Leeds or Notthinham Forrest will ever win CL. The differences have now become too big and money plays huge role, even at barca they spend enormous; Ibra, Dani alves, Abidal, Villa, Cesc, Henry, Alexis, Pique,...the money rules clubs and if Fifa makes rule like every club can spend up to 20mio per season, that would make smaller clubs bigger. But rule like you can spend as much you earn, will only do that big clubs will not fall, because of money problems...But they will still earn lot and much more than smaller, meaning they will still spend lot more than smaller clubs and difference will be same...But once again, right now we will need to spend money, and it would be good Roman can override ffp rules somehow, it would be good for us...

Also as I remember we were never "superstar" buying club, we looked after players that know team play, are solid, strong and mediocore, but talented and very good at club they were playing. Players like Ballack, Malouda, Anelka, Essien, Mikel, Lamps, Drogba, J Cole,...They were not marked as superstars, costed usualy around 10-20mio and they proved great deals. The only players, like superstars and costed lot were strikers; Pizzaro, Sheva, Torres, Crespo and never realy paid off. Possibly we are team that dont want superstars, but team workers that play for club. Maybe we should stick to fact 'less is more' and try buy players like: Azpi, Belhanda, Ayew, Cabaye, de Marcos and Ross Barkley Just saying, I would love see players like Hulk, Hazard,...but big money players never paid off here, strikers specialy, most recently Torres and Lukaku(who still has lot time to prove).

He is most overrated, you have to understand that barca plays extremly offensive football and defenders have much less work than those in Chelsea for example (the amount of conceded goals is very clear; barca got less goals than probably any other team). But every time, opponent attacks, barca defence reacts like shit. And Pique is just very slow, wonder how good he would be in team, where he would have to defend whole game. Only Puyol is decent, you can see that anytime barca plays. The opponent needs only one attact to score against barca, they are bad in that area. You see that on matches barca agains Real, Milan, Chelsea,...Yp, Pique is overrated, extremly.

Lpool sold Torres, Xabi Alonso, Mascherano, Meireles,...then they replaced them with Downing, Henderson,...yes, selling key players for big money is profitable, but only if you are ready to play next 10 years in places up to 7th in prem. Using 4:3:3 rami/moutinho-tiote/martinez/cabaye/mvila-mata/belhanda hulk/hazard/danny-torres/danny/doumbia/cisse-marin/lavezzi or 4:2:3:1 tiote/mvila/mikel/cabaye-ramires/moutinho/martinez/witsel hulk/hazard/-mata/belhanda/kdb-lavezzi/ayew/marin torres/doumbia/cisse/danny I wouldnt buying striker yet, maybe Doumbia or Cisse, who would cost around 20 mio and are very good. RB is obvious, Azpi would be great here - young and spanish, good going forward, but also great in defense DM is unnecessary, no matter how good Mikel is or Essien, we have one of best defences (except Bosingwa) and that proves how good Mikel is. That means Mikel plays standardly next season and I dont want to see Mikel-Tiote/Mvila pair, but something more creative CM who can defend aswell; options are Moutinho, Witsel, Modric or Martinez. Modric is less good in defense, but great in attack/starting actions. Martinez looks like young Xabi Alonso, also plays as CB, but I think Torres could profit with such buy Alonso-Gerrard-Torres or Martinez-Mata-Torres ). Both Modric and Martinez would cost extremly lot, Moutinho or Cabaye are cheaper. Moutinho is great in Porto with starting actions, but knows how to defend too (like young Meireles). Creative CAM would be nice too, someone like Belhanda or Modric. Dont think the new player would actualy start, since we use 4:2:3:1, only one cam and that is already Mata. That means if we buy modric, he would be CM, if we buy Belhanda, he would be sub for Mata or left winger. Wingers are required, two minimum. We already bought Marin, possibly starter or sub, we need another class winger ala Hulk or Hazard. Other options are Lavezzi, Ayew, Schurle, Muniain,... My wishes are Hulk/Hazard, Ayew, Belhanda/Modric, Azpilicueta, Martinez/Moutinho, Doumbia/Cisse Close expensive circle: Mikel-Modric Mata Hulk/Hazard-Torres-Marin +Azpi Most possible Mikel-Moutinho Mata Hulk-Torres-Marin And Azpi plus someone like Ayew, Belhanda price range ------- lot of options, only few will actualy happen and possibly transfers not even mentioned here.
