Well Kalou scored over 50 goals for us. Doesnt matter how important they were, its not easy to score that much goals. I think Torres will never score more than Kalou for Chelsea. Even Sheva couldnt. But Anelka and Malouda were both class some time ago. Much underrated realy.

I doubt Mata will get any bigger rest. Roman wants victories from Rdm and he wont risk not to play our key player. Maybe match or two, here and there but he will play, lot.

Dont forget, Drogba wasnt just fantastic striker but also great jumper. Air Drogba will be missed very much in matches vs high teams.

Well we better win it, mostly because Atletico is quite good team, it will be challenge, I wouldnt underestimate them. With Falcao, Adriano, Juanfran and Arda, they made fine team with stability and no fear. They are very experienced too. Question of the day is how will Torres play against his former team. Either could be very pleased and calm or very nervous and play bad. He scored nice goal vs Newcastle, this is it; either he is back or he just got lucky with that shot. I cant stand another blow from Torres and the. he will score another goal after 10 matches. Simply unacceptable anymore. We trust in Torres, but just in case we can still steal Falcao and escape to London

Well, I dont realy care about stats and all, as long we are winning and players play well, thats all. Dont be confused, I like our development in attack too, we made few steps further no doubt. Im also pretty sure, in case we would play vs barca again, Mata and Hazard would be much more on the ball than Mata alone last year, new style we play allows that, in three games three wins, 8 goals and 2 conceded. Impressive, specialy because this is what we call transitional times. Wonder how will look our end product in few months Hm, what about Silva who has plenty competition in City, but he still made similar number of goals and assists last year?

It was told hundred times, how powerful attack this duo could become along with Oscar, etc. However, there is little question going on my head, that I cant answer. Mata was last years our finest player for most of the season, but got lost in the end, something similar is going on right now. He is quite tired before start of season and I hope this wont be problem in next years. Everyone needs to adopt to new legaue, specialy so difficult as english, but what I miss at Mata is his burst of energy, he showed last year (first half) and in Valencia. Now, he is still fine class of player, but there is some energy missing frim him, somerhing moreHe made more goals, assists while playing on wing. Sure some of you say (and even I think he connects our attacks very well on CAM). But overall, why are his stats less good, than those when he played on wing. Maybe he is actualy not strong enough, but also that affects his stamina and we need consistant playmaker. Sure Hazard can go on CAM sometimes, but I realy hope Mata wont be so tired. He is great player that gives even more when he is realy rested. Along with that, there comes another fact that Hazard suddenlybecome our best player right now. Mata was somehow sidelined in all this, bit lost. Despite assist and great overall play, he was missing in all the action. Silva improved quite great last season (despite he lost himself in second half, like Mata), butI have feeling that Mata will not have as impressive stats like last year. For our team is great to have so many star players, but Mata gets lost bit in all that, while he should assist, dictate play and score. What do you think? And finaly, when people are comparing us to city, mentioning they have no real wingers but playmakers in Silva and Nasri? Well their Cam is not typical playmaker but striker (Aguero). That brings completely different game play. Maybe Moses on CAM/second striker with Mata/Hazard on sides wouldnt be bad thing to try.

Very excited about how he will play and about number; I like it as it is, everyone cant be 10, 11, 8, 9,...Number 33 is different and more special, unusual and if Moses becomes good, I hope he will have this number forever. It may not be attractive right now, but if he becomes sensation, this will be hell of a great kit. Remember Kaka at Milan with 22 on his back?

Nah, Arsenal has lot of problems, they just lost on Nuri, while Lpool will spent lot of time trying to gel with players, they might be quite good against big teams, but smaller ones will give them problems. Newcastle (if they wont sell anyone) is much more balanced team right now and will not be under pressure realy.

Its interesting, but there should be some sort of date, for exampe future chelsea team in 2013 or 2015, 2018,...With no date at all, you can include only youngsters, or youngsters with current players,...There will be new people coming, we dont even know yet and some will leave as well. At least make date of this "future team", right now some are posting teams for next year, some for 2015 and some for 2018. Because future team with Mata and Hazard, but without Luiz at CB is ridiculous. Or with Mceachran, but without Oscar. Pointless.

Realy happy to see three thngs: Win for Chelsea, great game for Mikel and goal for Torres. Btw, where are Mikel haters now, wasnt he shit yesterday, but now class? Im pretty sure with someone like Witsel along, someone who has realy incredible energy, he would be even better, not to say world class eventualy. But I dont realy care if we get anyone, today we showed some realy nice football and we still have lot of reserve there.

Biggest positive thing is that he is this summers first signing with epl experience. And he had wonderful season with wigan, his speedy wing runs will also give us another option to our attack.

No he is neither of that. He has lot of power and stamina, but his natural position is not DM. More CM or RM/LM. He is not bulldog, but he will track the ball all over the midfield. Balanced between attack and defence and also good tackler (has improved greatly in last season). I imagine him something like Fellaini eventualy, but maybe even better. Sure he has better control over the mall, also good in jumping, but maybe not as dominant as Fellaini, but still enough. Much better than most of our midielders. He can go forward, or just stays on position and track the ball, stoping opponent to make counter attack. Definately, he could also play as RM/W (right midfield/winger), but is much better at some free role in midfield -best to describe him is box2box midfielder, similar to Rambo, but higher, better at ball control, technicaly gifted, jumping, defending, tracking, dribbling, shooting. Also more consistant and did fantastic in his first benfica season (also in CL), where he proved that he works even better with better players around and adopts to new teams quickly.

40mio and in case he leaves, he is off to Bayern. But it would be good to see Mikel-Martinez as strong midfield and Mata, Hazard, Moses and Torrres in attack. Very good balance. But as much Martinez-Mikel looks good on paper, no one of this two is realy fast, Mikel is lacking of energy, while Martinez is also very unexperienced. If we go after CM, it just has to be Witsel; great player with lot of energy, quickly gets in the team and is good in attack and defence. Not to mention his simple but very effective dribbling style. Perfect player in height duels, passing and shooting for cm. Would take him ahead of any other player, if not him, then Cavani.

Define Torres is shit. As player he is still very good; trying, attitude, passing, teamwork,...but as striker he is terrible. Lost his killer instinct, that it is unfortunely. I can see someone new replacing Torres if he wont improve quick, but it wont be Moses.
