I'm curious what are you basing this on? I think there's every chance we regress under Poch. Even the best case scenario under Poch was that he is holding the role to provide some stability before we can bring in a top manager. I think Poch should continue because I don't see a standout manager available right now.

I think we've had good players - Rudiger, Kante. But no one consistent in the attacking positions that usually win POTM

Villa, West Ham and Spurs have been losing frequently. I would like to wait before thinking that the overall performance levels have increased. A much bigger sample size is needed before thinking we've turned a corner. Although I am happy to continue with Poch rather than uproot the system again

Miguel Gutierrez might not be an option since Real have an option to sign him for 9m in 2024 and 2025. I fear Grimaldo, Dimarco will be tough pulls given they have long contracts and are settled in league winning squads. Theo is an option. Contract is running out in 26. I'd love a move to sign him. Even with the worries about his pace, he is a baller. Also, how good is Milos Kerkez? I saw stories saying Boehly-co's data team like him.

Cucu and Noni have had some lean patches this season. For Cucu, especially defensively he was suspect in so many games earlier on in the season. Poch isn't the ideal manager but it is going to be setting this squad back if they replace him. I don't trust the board to get the right manager in either - not a whole lot of options. Amorim, Flick, etc. I'd rather go another year with Poch having a full squad before deciding on the managerial change.
