  1. They've scouted Bettinelli's elite bench riding
  2. Pretty normal negotiation. We have no pressure to sign - have 4 GKs - Sanchez, Jorgensen, Petrovic, Kepa + Penders, Bettinelli etc
  3. Looking like they want to play 3-4-3 that Amorim likes AMs Cunha and Mbeumo behind a striker with Amad as the wing back - which they've done a few times already
  4. Door is open for United to sign Gyokeres. Expecting Ornstein to tweet any moment now they're in for him. Cunha Mbeumo Gyokeres means they might not be relegation candidates after all
  5. It is the right call from Spurs though
  6. This is a different stage of developing the team. Do you not want to close out this young squad with some proven players and go for the league next year?
  7. 5m is ridiculously low for someone who's had a good season of starting games in the PL
  8. There is a lot more urgency to find a right-footed left winger and defenders. Instead of wasting days in the summer, I wish the club was just clinical and went out to get the top targets they want - Delap, Rogers, Murillo and Maignan Any other business can be if the deal is too good to turn down. Kudus has an 85m pound release clause and is barely an upgrade on Neto/Madueke
  9. I have defended Sanchez here but we must make a switch as soon as we can get an upgrade. Maignan would be better and he speaks French - which some of the defense (Gusto Badia Fofana ) speak too. I can understand the club going with lowball offers - We’ve got a great relationship with Milan and he’s 30 and running out his contract
  10. Liking the new kit and welcome Liam Delap. Quietly hopeful we have our #9 for a long time - fast, strong, Premier League experience, decent technique and a rocket shot on him.
  11. Hypocrisy from the board based on other deals they've done. But the valuation of Maignan is fair.
  12. That’s the club’s logic of buy young, cheap which you oppose Also 30 is not old for a GK
  13. https://sempremilan.com/gds-renewal-mercato-performances-maignan-doubts/amp Little more about Maignan’s dip in form here. His baseline level is good and he looked a rock solid keeper couple of years ago
  14. Surely signing Gittens and Sancho is costing as much
  15. How reliable is Adler News? Only ones reporting a deal is close
  16. Btw why is Jamie Gittens asking price 50m? Doesn't seem to be like there's a queue of clubs for him.
  17. Plettenburg is routinely put in Tier 3 in different reliability threads https://thefalse9.com/2020/08/football-transfer-sources-rumours-website-reliability.html https://www.reddit.com/r/reddevils/wiki/transfer-reliability-guide/
  18. I won't believe it till it happens
  19. We are already linked with being Sancho’s career rehab centre. Can’t imagine we will go for another player with the same profile
  20. I think we did try to sign Doue but once Bayern and PSG were in for him, there was no chance really I can’t fault the club for identifying good wingers and attackers over the years. Just made awful decisions on who they signed Mudryk Sterling Madueke Neto Sancho is an awful set of wingers to sign over 3 years and we are now reading they want Gittens, Garnacho
  21. Matt Law has no clue what’s going on and is just repeating what he’s reading online. I’m on board with replacing Jackson and Madueke but the wingers we are linked to has me worried. In Liam Delap Morgan Rogers Hugo Ekitike Murillo Chevalier Outs A dozen deadwood I’d love to go out and buy serious experience to complete the squad but this is the best case scenario I think. Please avoid Sancho and Gittens as the left wingers - will be another season where we struggle to break down defences
