Why should we sell him for a cut-down price if Atletico aren't willing to meet our demands? Costa is still under contract with us after all. Maybe he would have gotten his move earlier had he just handed in a transfer request and not like thrown tantrum like a spoilt brat.

Okay, I've stayed patient so far in this transfer window but think I'm starting to lose it. 2 weeks left and we appear no closer to signing anyone, not even after the Burnley disaster on Saturday. All we hear/read is the club is interested in player X, Y, Z but not doing anything concrete! It's all preparing bid (WTF?!), keeping tabs (OMG!) or penny pinching (FML!).

It's Calcio Mercato... In any case, we're really dumb if we're still pursuing Sandro. Think it's pretty clear Juventus aren't going to sell him at this point.

Best to take that with a pinch of salt. We are in a bad moment and the media, unsurprisingly, will write everything and anything to get more clicks. It's been non-stop amount of hate coming from them since the start of the summer.
