I know there is a possibility that Hazard might leave the club but that article looks like one of those clickbait articles, looking to draw people in during a dry period. Hard to believe major Chelsea stories such as that unless it comes from Matt Law or Dominic Fifield.

Most of their players are mid 20s but how many of them are actually good? Apart from the likes of Isco, Asensio and Varane, the rest are bang average. Zidane have barely used them this season despite struggling to win matches. Real do have a record of spending big yes but in recent seasons, they have cut down on that approach - appearing to take a more sensible approach in building a solid team than a team of individuals. Even if they do spend big again, who exactly are they going to buy? How many players can they spend on if say they're gonna pay 100m for Hazard? Players would also be mindful of joining Real after what happened with James and Morata.

Real Madrid may have better quality players than us but let's not pretend it's all bright and shiny over there. Some blow hot and cold, some are getting old, some are just pure boneheaded fellas.

Doubt it. Think the plan for Mourinho with Perisic was to play him out wide. Why would he do that with Griezmann, who is more of a striker these days and is half the player when pushed out wide?

Maybe but when you see what Morata has said about Conte - e.g. the coach who believed in him, he's willing to die for him - you would think Conte knows all about him and has a plan on how to bring the best out of him. Guess Conte wanted someone who already knows the Premier League and one will need less time to adapt while being able to compete effectively on all fronts.

Funny thing is, Morata wasn't even United's first choice considering they were targeting Griezmann before that. As for us, genuinely curious on what Conte saw in Lukaku and thought he would be perfect for us.

We've been drawn to face Norwich at Carrow Road in the FA Cup third round next month. Tie to be played between Jan 5-8.

Given we were handed two big sides in this group, it's quite a relief that we have managed to secure R16 qualification before this game. Have to thank Qarabag for their little help against Atletico. Had Atletico managed to take 6 points off Qarabag, they would be level on (10) points now with us with Roma just behind on 8 points. That would have meant we need to beat Atletico to ensure progression. Otherwise, we would mostly likely be heading to the Europa League!

Off the top of my head, City have gotten 9 points in the final 10 minutes or injury time of matches this season. 1-1 v Everton 2-1 at Bournemouth 2-1 at Huddersfield 2-1 v Southampton 2-1 v West Ham Quite annoying. Without those points, they would be just 2 points ahead of us right now.
