The quality of articles may be questionable but in Jim's defence, he needs revenue to keep this site/forum going. Donations have dried up long time ago and couldn't sustain the amount of donations from members, especially with the site's cost going up from time to time. And it's the same case with the articles, couldn't sustain doing the thoughtful/insightful pieces as members' life changes and weren't even getting paid.

I recall Jim (think it was him) redirecting the banned members to the 'meat spin'.

Sorry but that's just piss poor of an excuse. Yes, the team have tended to do well when Hazard's on form but to have such significant impact on the team like in 2015/16 when he's not on form? Not buying it. There were other number of factors that led to our demise that season.

Pardon me if I'm nitpicking here but we did not finish 10th in 2015/16 because Hazard was off form. We finished 10th because the entire team switched off and there were problems off the pitch between the manager & players and manager & the board. If we use that person's logic, guess Hazard should be the one to blame if we don't finish in the top 4 this season since he hasn't been off form? On the bigger point, yes, we will miss Hazard's quality if/when he leaves but as cliche as this is, great players come and go at the club. If Hazard is the next one, then so be it. Won't be the first and definitely won't be the last. Do I have faith in the board to find the right quality player to replace him? No, I don't but if it means we have to suffer a few lean years and somehow hope the board come to their senses before getting back to the top, then so be it.

One of the reasons or if not, the main reason why it got abolished because people constantly made a big fuss over the winner. If 'Person A' won it, then some members would moan why he/she won it when 'Person B' should have gotten it instead, every single time. Was meant to be a fun thing but it became something people constantly argued over with.

Only until the last few months! He was pretty much selected most of the time for Spain before he went downhill this year. Did Morata do something bad to you? Maybe you might be right but you seem hell bent on playing him down at every opportunity.

Funny thing is, in terms of technical ability and creativity, Arsenal have a few players that we could do with. Only problem is, they are mostly rubbish tactically and mentally.

Regardless of what you think about his quality, we all know that the last few months haven't been good enough and he needs to buck up his ideas fast! The last 2 1/2 months of the season is his last chance saloon to book his spot in the Spain squad.
