Don't get where this optimism come from. You're talking about a club who decided to sign Drinkwater/Bakayoko, not back the managers after winning the league title plus other transfer blunders in recent years!

Assuming Sarri stays, I do wonder like which youngster/loanee he's gonna use next season, considering he seems to be inflexible with the choices for his team.

If we don't improve next season, we're gonna struggle to finish in the Top 4 again and that return to the Champions League is gonna be a short one.

This isn't a school classroom, where the teacher has the ability to influence the young students. People are free to express their opinion, so as long as they don't overstep the mark here.

Just look at how we started the season (18 unbeaten IIRC). We reach our league objective in the end, so we ought to be pleased. Happy with end result? Yes. Happy with how we got there? No, the football has been dire and with the inconsistent performances, uncertainties, it's hard to tell how we'll fare next season and beyond.

Sarri isn't to blame for everything but he isn't faultless either. But sure, whatever floats your boat.

Might argue that we should never have been in this position to begin with. We were sitting nicely in 4th at the turn of the year - ahead of Arsenal and Man United and only 4 points behind Man City then - but we barely scraped into the Top 4 in the end.
