At the end of the fucking day, if no club are willing to pay the asking price, then it means fucking all. If you want to keep on going about such an innocuous stuff, then agree to disagree.

But my point is an increase in price on a deadwood is not good in the current circumstances. If a club want to suddenly fork out say 30 million for Emerson, then great! But in reality, we know that's not going to happen because we're in a pandemic, a lot of clubs are trying to save money. At the end of the day, it comes to down whether clubs can match the asking price of the club for the player. If not, they'll just move onto the next target.
