You don't really have to know too much about Steaua really. In the match previews that I have done so far which was for matches against Roma, Bayern and Basel, I just did a bit of research, as I wasn't totally familiar with the way they play having not been able to watch their games, and then just briefly describe and identify their style of play, strengths, weaknesses, key players and things like that. If you are familiar with the opposition, then great. If not, then you could do a bit of research to find out more about them and you could even integrate hjperdeath's scouting piece into the preview. Valencia are having a huge financial problem. There's no way they will be able to bring Mata back to the Mestalla. As for Madrid, even if they can afford it, why would they want to bring Mata back with all the attacking players they have got? And besides, see no reason why Mata would want to go back there.

They'll face us, Liverpool(H), Dortmund(A) and Man United(A) in four straight games and in the space of 12-13 days. On the other hand, we might also have concerns of our own. We play Schalke(A), Man City(H), Arsenal(A), Newcastle(A) & Schalke(H).
