The media have, typically, already blown everything out of context and proportion of what AVB has said about us and Mourinho. Seriously, if we lose on Saturday, they'll be having a field day on this..
-
You said he's not in the Top 50. So, name all those 50 players or more better than him..
-
With van Ginkel out injured for months, Mourinho might well play Oscar in the pivot.

It's not like we have done any better ourselves against the better teams this season..

You don't really have to know too much about Steaua really. In the match previews that I have done so far which was for matches against Roma, Bayern and Basel, I just did a bit of research, as I wasn't totally familiar with the way they play having not been able to watch their games, and then just briefly describe and identify their style of play, strengths, weaknesses, key players and things like that. If you are familiar with the opposition, then great. If not, then you could do a bit of research to find out more about them and you could even integrate hjperdeath's scouting piece into the preview. Otherwise, you could just be lazy like Choulo and skip the part about opposition in the preview.

London derby awaits Chelsea in Capital One Cup

No new updates so far. And you would think Mourinho won't be revealing too much about whether he'll be available for this game and keep AVB guessing. Otherwise, it will be rather easy to predict what our pivot will be..

Jose Mourinho will renew old rivalry with Arsene Wenger when Chelsea travel to the Emirates Stadium to face Arsenal on 29/30th October in a mouthwatering fourth round clash in the Capital One Cup following the draw made last night. Both managers have had public spats with one another in the past with the Portuguese manager branded his counterpart a ‘voyeur’ in 2005 for constantly talking about his Chelsea side though Mourinho was keen to point out that the rivalry has since abated and improvement in relationship between the two in the summer. A much changed Arsenal side only just squeezed past Steve Clarke’s West Brom 4-3 on penalties after playing out a 1-1 draw in 120 minutes of football at the Hawthorns in the third round. Their opponent Chelsea, on the other hand, had different fortunes as they eased past League One side Swindon Town 2-0 at the County Ground – despite Mourinho making a wholesale of changes to the starting lineup - with goals from Fernando Torres and Ramires sealing qualification to this round. Chelsea have faced Arsenal five times in the history of this competition with the Blues holding the edge having won 3 and lost 2 of those encounters and those three victories came in the last three meetings between the sides. The last time these two sides met in this competition was in the 2007 final where Mourinho guided the Blues to a 2-1 win in a fiery contest that saw 12 minutes of injury time with 3 players – John Obi Mikel, Emmanuel Adebayor and Kolo Toure – receiving red cards as a brawl broke out on the pitch between the two teams. However, the last time Chelsea travel to the home ground of Arsenal in the Capital One Cup was way back in November 1998. Incidentally, they also went head-to-head in fourth round of the competition then and Wenger, who decided to rest his key players for that clash proved to be extremely costly as the Blues ran riot and hammered the Frenchman’s side 5-0 at Highbury. The five-goal margin victory is and remains Chelsea’s biggest ever win against Arsenal in all competitions in history. Other 4th round ties see London rivals Tottenham host Hull City at White Hart Lane while David Moyes’s Manchester United – who dispatched Liverpool 1-0 in the previous round – entertain Norwich City at Old Trafford and Manuel Pellegrini will take his Manchester City side to St. James’ Park to face Newcastle. Valencia are having a huge financial problem. There's no way they will be able to bring Mata back to the Mestalla. As for Madrid, even if they can afford it, why would they want to bring Mata back with all the attacking players they have got? And besides, see no reason why Mata would want to go back there.

No doubt Arsenal will play a stronger team against us than they did tonight against West Brom but wonder how strong will it be. They'll face us, Liverpool(H), Dortmund(A) and Man United(A) in four straight games and in the space of 12-13 days. On the other hand, we might also have concerns of our own. We play Schalke(A), Man City(H), Arsenal(A), Newcastle(A) & Schalke(H).

West Brom v Arsenal going to penalties. 1-1 AET.

Full 4th Round Draw: Sunderland v Southampton Leicester City v Fulham Birmingham v Stoke Manchester United v Norwich Burnley v West Ham West Brom/Arsenal v Chelsea Tottenham v Hull City Newcastle v Manchester City Ties to be played on 29/30th October.
-
Mind you, the 4th round tie will be played in between our game against Man City(H) and Newcastle(A). Could do with an uncomplicated draw even though there are quite a lot of Premier League teams still in the competition.
-
beIN Sport's match commentary is cringeworthy. Said it was 'nasty'(!) of Hernandez to lose Enrique (his marker) in the corner to score the goal. Nasty they say...
-
The 4th round draw will take place tonight after the Man United v Liverpool game.

Feel sorry for the lad.
