Yes it makes sense but when I said A. Cole should be sold so we can buy a younger player or bring a youngster people said I was crazy! They want to keep a player till they are like 33 plus something and have little resale value to then say we need to sell them..... No, our problem is that we keep firing managers after managers, without building an identity. Our team does not knows what we play after Mourinho left. Mourinho build this team in his image, and they knew what to play. Then after you fire him, and bring all these different managers to try to implement their philosophy it creates nothing but a cluster fuck!

But SAF and Wenger don't do that. They do exactly like AVB and Carlo did. Act like everything is right. Which is true, it does gets you annoyed, but that's the way they are.

Well that's not out of the ordinary. Fabregas left Barcelona when they where not that great, so after seeing what he miss he wanted to go back. Romeu leaves when they are great, so he knows what he wants....more game time! It's the same issue for our youngsters. Take the example of Scott Sinclair. Was at Chelsea for so many years, but left for more opportunity. He is doing good at Swansea, but do you think he wants to come back to Chelsea today? NO! He wants to continue playing and become great. And maybe in 4 to 5 years time he will assess where he is at. And if he is at a great lvl and want to move to a bigger club then he will. While as to Romeu, there is not many choices after Chelsea. And if he is not going to be a first team starter, then any smart man will stay here!

I just watched the match again of OM vs Lille just to watch two players in depth, and again I think Hazard shows great promise. He could easily fit in our team, but he still got more room to grow before being in the top league. The player that actually impress me was Cezar Azpilicueta. A player that supposedly Chelsea is interested. Dude is great, far better then Bosingwa, and he kept Hazard in check all of the match!

Men this was horrible to watch. It does kinda pisses me of when AVB did not wanted to radically change the squad. But I hope he buys a winger, creative mid or ST before the window closses, because we need that desperately. We are so bad. Defence can be fix once Ivan and Cahill play regularly.
