Well to be honest, I think most of these misconception is due to the fact that Mourinho tends to put down a defensive side when we need to be more attacking. For example what does Ramires offers when a team park the bus? He is best suited for the counter attacking system that we use when a team attack us. But when a team give us the ball we need to make those adjustments. There is no need to have two DM when a team park the bus.

Well I always heard that if they give us the ball we don't know what much to do. Because we are much better counter attacking then creating chances.....

When mikel was young he made a lot of rookies mistakes but we let him cause he was young and needed experience. But now we won't do the same for ake?

Well if they are going to be squad player then let them be of great use. But Mikel really hinders our team. A great squad player was meireles. Mikel does not offer anything great that a youth from the Academy cannot offer

I would rather we waste our time with Ake then Mikel. But that's the thing, is experience. Something our players don't get! How are they going to get experience, when our squad player goes to someone like Mikel? For that just give it to a young player.

José project is to win just like that of Chelsea. As far as for youth that has never been the project of any manager in the past. If mourinho wants to implement youth then we will see it in due time. But right now is all a fairy tale. The promise of youth is a bullshit tale I been hearing for a long time with no real end product. So you will excuse me if I'm not so haste to believe such a Hope.

Yeah too many flip floppers. Also I think many people think that mourinho is like a god and just he coming back we would be some sort of invincible team! So it hurts them to see something like this. For me it's simple you need good players to do good in the system you want to implement. When mourinho came back I remember saying that mourinho revolution will never go anywhere with players like mikel and Torres in his team. People thought that the special one will make them great as no one else could..... But shit is shit, no matter how good the manager is. I think we have come a long way this season and the work looks good. We still have to fix other aspects of our team this summer at which time mourinho should have enough time to had figured out.
