Yeah, it was just too perfect.

They look like German words lol. The more I look at mine, the more I like it. Rolls off the tounge and has a reflective meaning to the acronym. Some more crappy ones: Mazador Ozcata Moscard/Mascard Hamar Hascata
-
Still a bit difficult to get used to that horrible name (Capital One Cup). Anyways: Turnbull Azpilicueta Cahill Luiz Bertrand Ramires Romeu Moses Oscar Marin Sturridge If Marin or Sturridge are still unfit then throw in Piazon.
-
Anyone else think we need to come up with a new Acronym (like Anelkalouda) for Hazard, Oscar, Mata? A shit one I just made up in 30 seconds (it makes little chronological sense and is too jumbled up) is Mozart. •The M from Mata. •The O from Oscar •The ZAR from HaZARd •And back to the T from MaTa Also Mozart as in Artistry/Genius...Yeah Its shit I know. Anyone else have something, since we're likely to be seeing Hazard, Oscar and Mata be the first names on the teamsheet for years to come.

Marin won't bring as much width as Moses though. He drifts inwards ocassionally. Not quite as much as Hazard and Mata though. So in terms of width: Very little width: Hazard, Oscar, Mata Medium level of width: Ramires, Bertrand, Marin, Sturridge High level of width: Moses, Malouda (I suppose)

OMG I'd have Mourinho here in less then a Heartbeat.

Can Chelsea play with a false #9 like Barcelona?

4-6-0 seems like a Nice idea and sure, its worth a try. However I can't see it working in England. Plus if we had a lineup of Mata Hazard Moses Oscar Mikel Ramires We'd be short in depth for the wing positions with Marin, Malouda (nuff said) and Sturridge (who should be a CF). I'd much rather we just fork out the money and get Falcao/Cavani. -
Of course it was deliberate.

You're forgetting that Xavi and Iniesta were not always this great. There was a time when they were merely 'Very Good'. I think we all know Hazard, Oscar and Mata can become true World Class players in time. Its stupid to judge them off one game. They actually played pretty well but it just didn't work out for them when trying to score a goal.
-
Silva who?
-
He missed his only chance of the game. A good striker would have put that away. My patience for him is all but gone. We seem to have made an enormous and fatal mistake by not buying a top quality striker. Torres needs to be dropped before long or else our league form will suffer from his garbage performances. Sturridge and Moses will give us more directness and penetration. Then perhaps watch the game and not the highlights......
-
That's what they once said about Xavi and Iniesta. That's what they also said about the Spanish national teams' entire attacking lineup. They will gel together after some time. They should start out playing together against smaller sides and when they click, they can play against the big sides.

Anyone have any ideas as to how we will play against Le Arse? I'm thinking either with Bertrand as one of the wingers or Hazard, Mata and Moses. I don't think we should play Oscar, Hazard and Mata in this game. As much as Moses deserves the start, I think Bertrand will be the one on the teamsheet. Just hoping Ramires remains in the pivot. I think we will play a counter attacking style and let Arsenal do their thing (to an extent). Which is probably sensible but we have to be careful and not sit too deep. We need to do to Le Arse what we did to Juve. Destroy their plays and creativity. Marking Cazorla out of the game is priority but will be difficult.
-
All this talk about 4-6-0. We are already playing 4-6-0 every time Torres is on the pitch...
-
Bring on Le Arse. Will be a massive test and another indicator on the strength of the team.
-
Yes we struggled a bit but really over the moon with the win! Not playing well yet getting the points...The sign of champions, eh? Ramires was impressive in the double pivot and I hope he never gets put back in the wing again. He belongs in the middle of the park. I love how he is a ball-getter and harrasser. He does commit some fouls and his passing can be a bit sloppy but overall he is such a good choice alongside Mikel. He needs to start the big games there ahead of Lampard for sure. Oscar, Mata and Hazard will need more time to develop an understanding. In the 2nd half I thought Hazard and Oscar were straying wider, perhaps an instruction from RDM. They should work together in training. They will only get better as a supply line. The main thing RDM needs to tell them is they need to do a job out wide. They will all get time in the middle. Torres was non existent. He is getting quite annoying. Never where you need him. Doesn't shoot. Doesn't do much of anything. I think Moses or Sturridge can be better options. Also glad to see Mata provide Ash with the assist. We were expecting some brilliance from Hazard or Oscar (both who have had brilliant starts to the season and all the spotlight on them) but it was our original creative spark, Mata who came up with the goods
-
Ramires is far better in the Pivot. No comparison.
-
Expecting no changes. I know RDM too well. The changes will come around the 70 minute mark.
-
We need a better focal point. I don't know what Torres brings to the team. Gets a great chance and doesn't even kick the ball...
-
Fox Soccer has Ramires playing in the DP.
-
First Row is the best EPL stream for sure.
-
Indeed, Everton look like they will pull a Newcastle this year. Perhaps even better.
-
At least that many times, yep.
-
TC always blows up after games...
-
Calm down, he's not on the wing.
