I just cant see it mate.....Sarri has had plenty of times to show something, he didnt. I rather 3 seasons with the likes of Simone than 3 seasons under Sarri, but hey thats just me. It has nothing to do with his tactics, they will die for him on the field, sometimes the time is either up or you have grown old in footy terms, or just want to try your luck at another club. And if the setup is good, Theres no reason we will land back to Square 1, back the right manager and it will pay its own due....but our club has no such setup, we would rather hariikirii.

Another issie I have with Sarri is his lack of getting stuck. We saw with Lamps the other night celebrating in front of the away fans, hugging all the players and generally being a leader of the celebrations. That kind of passion and encouragement gets the fans on side, and would make the players more likely want to run through walls for the team/ manager. I am not for one minute saying that this attribute makes Lamps a better manager than Sarri, but how many times have we seen Sarri hug a player after a game, or even go over and clap the away fans? Obviously there is a lot more to management than just showing a bit of passion, but it obviously helps. When Conte first came we scored a last minute winner in his first game, and he dived into the crowd to celebrate. It's little things like that that help get the fans onside.

You can be defensive and still be fast and direct, his AM has shown it countless times. You can easily mix the 2 if the right manager is in. His best AM sides were very identical to some of ours. He would get Chels, and thats a huge start for me.

No manager is perfect man.....no manager will deliver season after season. That Juve squad isnt all that anymore imo......they did well the past seasons though, very well.

He is nowjere near past his best. Look at his team, its a far cry from past seasons. They at least look organized, have tactics in place, and give all for him. Simone would suit us and EPL imo.

I would love Simone....you will see instant impact. He is Chels matarial, he will understand Chelsea. Fuck the old identity...really? Yeah those 2 will always have a big pull, but they still do things swiftly. Having proper footy people at the helm helps a lot, we lack it. If not already done for.

RM will be doing their rebuild swiftly.....they wont hang around for eons and hassle, they identify and go for the kill, as it should be. Barca will do the same.

RA is done for imo. He had his time with us and its finito. I miss the old RA, I know he's been through some shit here and there, but at the same time his passion for the Club has gone way down imo. He cant let the Club go on this way, either return to your ambitious self or just sell and keep your stature at the Club intact.

RA needs to sell, its evident it become a shit-show now. At every facet we face a battle, thats not how you run an elite Club. I for one thank RA for all the hard efforts, but maybe its time to start freash. And not one single of his puppets should remain.

Nahh that train has come and gone. Eden has already left the Building and the Club must have known it for some time now. He has made our players better? Name 1, and dont say RLC. Our footy has been horrible, just without ideas and rythem. I cant see how its beneficial,I would love for it to be so but I see no Progress, no tactical changes, no game management. Why will it suddenly change? Sarri will live or die by his tactics. Theres no middle ground, no surprise for the opponent etc. If he gets a second season so be it, and I will happily admit I was wrong if we do good, I just cant see it happening sadly. Pep is a winner, has a pedigree, won bucket loads and get to buy whomever he wants.......Sarri is none of that. Even in his first season you could clearly see progress at City, he understood EPL, he identyfied their weakness and bought accordingly. Just not comparable.

No way its legit.....that would be beyond pathetic to fire him beacuse of that, especially when much better reasons can be used instead. YEs we have our target etc.....but its been anything but convincing. Bare the first 10 games, its been torrid. I think alot will depend upon how we game in the final.

Ohh get of it...of course they can show more passion if motivated enough. I didnt say they will become more talented out of the blue. And I know our team aint the best and can easily be improved upon, but so can the current players when it comes to desire . Whats laugable is our footy game in game out.
