I cant understand why people vote.....we dont mean anything, we have no say who becomes our next leader etc. Its an illiusion they have given us that we decide who sits at the top, we dont. I agree....attack is the obvious weakness, it screams for help. But if we can share the load as you said, it will be decent enough to get us by till next summer. Yeah but I think he actually means it. He has played at the highest level with super fast direct footy. He also gave examples.....and he is of course right. Direct footy is very efficient and its in our dna. Yup our transitions were utterly horrible under Sarii, and we paid for it. Kante will def play as a destroyer im sure of it and not as an attacking mid. Exciting times a head for sure. Lets hope for the best mate.

Movin the ball fast does not require world class players, its a mentality in playing style. Last season even low tier teams moved the ball faster than us. Its comes from the manager and what he wants to aspire. Even in klops first season with that shitty squad they played fast and were aggressive.....its easily doable.

And thats exactly what we want to see.....we missed all that last season, badly. Slow, tedious and 90% of the time we were simply too sluggish to punish teams. We would much rather wait on teams to reorganize and get men behind the ball just for possession sake. Give me aggressive fast footy any day.

Welcome home Frank........finally your back, may you become for us what Fergie was for utd. Lamps will demand maximum effort from everyone, as he always gave his maximum in games and training. Cant disagree with much of that.....you also have the issue of pressure here. Managers know they are here to win or else you might pay for it. I wish fannies were running the Club, cuz these heads are outright incompetent in their jobs but somehow escape that famous axe. Who is gonna take the blame for this ban? Why are we so slow and shitty in transfers? We have big issues thats for sure.....or at least not run well. Our stock has come way down atm and I hope Lamps has the skills and is afforded patience to build something up......our youth will hopefuly play a decent role in that setup.

Conte def gave a fuck and was more than present. It took an uproar for sarii to even contemplate using Cho etc. And he quickly found out Cho and Cheek is actually decent and can be used, so good on him for that, but before that it was the same bs one after the other.

If we begin to show balls, heart and desire then its a huge step in the right direction, nevermind if we integrate up to 4 youth players which would be awesome in it self.

Sure its a process and can be a pain but compared to how big Clubs get things over the line we are sorely lacking. And as you said our recruiments need fixing.....or our squad will keep on decreasing in quality. Yeah I get you Layla....its a big downer watching us hassle and dangle all season over 4-5 mil....on an average player no less. You must admit we have become very tedious and slow getting our targets/ managers etc. I dont care how fucked up utd and arsenal are, I care about Chels only. And theres no denying we fuck about compared to the real well run Clubs. Could I/ you do a better job? Fuck no, but then again we dont run an elite Club, we dont get their wages. We could do thing faster and more efficient but time after time we fuck about.

The last 3 years show this exact fact......you cant run an elite Club the right way by being so slow in essentially everything. Juve got their man on the spot, RM has already spent over 350M. No hassle or dangling over a couple of mills. Well run Clubs get their shit done as soon as possible, we look like the opposite.

Nahh forget top 4 mate....dont have such expectations and it will sting less. But if we do somehow do it, it will be some fucking achievement.
