How did we improve in the second half of the season? It was the same BS after the first 10 games or so. Look at our away way games, just horrible. Jorgo got better the last 6-7 games or so and showed great promise though. You think we will be faster and better cuz Eden aint there? He was THE guy to get us goals, THE guy to make the oppoenent shit themselves.....he isnt coutinho or Sanchez, make no mistake we will be worse off without him. His lack of plan b and his terrible substitutions have had most of us scratch our heads. Sari unfortunately is one dimensional meaning he doesn’t adapt as a game evolves there is almost an arrogance in that he sticks to his game plan irrespective of how the opposition adapt

For sure, like that we will only find ourselves drfting further and further away. We need a quality manager, a tactician and motivator. We need the fucking board get quality players in, we need it now more than ever imo. We should have a good war chest, plus another 100M from Eden, and a few player sales. Oh yeah we should have enough. But the ambition must be there before any this happens......and the ban to fuck off of course.

I reckon Simone, Allegri and Conte could come to this league with right club and spend sh*t loads of money like City and compete with two teams like City and Liverpool. I dont care what kind of football we play as long as we are successful, the last season was some of the worst and boring football I have seen but we still won a trophy. What Simeone has done at Madrid is brilliant. I dont know how someone can call a tactically master defense and organized attack as pragmatic and boring. What I find boring is keeping the ball and passing it back to your CB doing nada with the ball. Shipping in goals to me makes the game annoying. Id rather score one or two goals and have none against us. That to me is what an amazing team does. The old Chels, or actually pretty recent as we saw with Conte in 16-17.

If some unpleasant chanting is enough to make a manager want to quit, perhaps he was never the right man for the job in the first place. It was clear that he found the Chelsea job very difficult to handle and on many occasions the pressure got to him. Now when the transfer ban is looming and Juve came calling, he's ready to jump ship, and apparently it's ungrateful Chelsea fans, that are to blame. Personally, if Sarri is indeed the one who asked to leave and not the othe way around, I see it as a sign of weakness, and in a long run both parties will be better off without each other. Truly an odd man. 1: He knows it will only get harder next season with the ban and no Eden. 2: He knows EPL is too much for him and simply not his level with his stubborn tactics or lack off. 3: Juve came calling, he misses Italy and he knows full well his style is much more suited to serie A, Theres no edge, not competitive and much slower with more space to utilize his style. I don’t mind Sarri going, it’s felt like a real struggle this year and the football has been awful. If we dont get any Coms for him, well its the Chels board, cant expect much better.

We will merely returning to our roots, returning to play to our strenghts. This city has pep, has had and will have enough cash to buy the EPL brand. That helps alot as we saw in pep's first season. Pool play nothing like city, they play as we used to. Fast and direct, with a good defense and alot of runners, hence they are doing good. Very very few Clubs will do what city is doing.....it takes skill from the board, we have none, it takes alot of money and to say fuck FFP, we cant do that, and it needs one of the best and proven managers, we dont have that. So to go up against that style wise will not yield titles. Where as going back to our old selves will yield better results. Thats my take anyway.
