Cant disagree with much of that.....you also have the issue of pressure here. Managers know they are here to win or else you might pay for it. Conte def gave a fuck and was more than present. It took an uproar for sarii to even contemplate using Cho etc. And he quickly found out Cho and Cheek is actually decent and can be used, so good on him for that, but before that it was the same bs one after the other.

Sure its a process and can be a pain but compared to how big Clubs get things over the line we are sorely lacking. And as you said our recruiments need fixing.....or our squad will keep on decreasing in quality. The last 3 years show this exact fact......you cant run an elite Club the right way by being so slow in essentially everything. Juve got their man on the spot, RM has already spent over 350M. No hassle or dangling over a couple of mills. Well run Clubs get their shit done as soon as possible, we look like the opposite.

We have been a mess for years but somehow win trophies, its bunkers really, no other Club can do this as far as I can remember. If you believe the game in EPL is run a fair way, and no bias is shown towards certain teams at certain moments then this discusion is futile mate.
