What situation would you say would favour lukaku over costa or drogba? Its easier to say its not about first or 2nd choice if we were playing two strikers at a time but it definitely is an issue when only one will more than likely play at a time. Lukaku isn't going to go for just playing an odd capital one cup game.

Of course but that coming of the bench role will be the main thing the other strikers have to bank on. Diego costa is 25 and can easily play the league and Europe matches. hell, he will be expecting as much. The rest, to start, would have to be looking at domestic cup runs and we all know lukaku won't go for that. All signs will be pointing towards lukaku being offloaded, and costa,drogba, and Torres being the 3.

I think he might be the second choice now. Jose does not seem to fancy torres or lukaku.

Lukaku has played out his loans and showed what he was worth. That is what I want for salah. Him riding the bench here, and getting a second here and there, is not good for him. He hasn't covered himself in glory so far and this is before any of his true competition even shows up(atsu and Moses) next week. Nobody wants to see him waste away on the bench.

A premier league side where he can play every week and develop more.
