With the signing of Nicolas pepe, Arsenal Frontline looks fantastic. Their midfield is ok but with auba laca pepe Frontline, your midfield doesn't need to be brilliant. If bellerin is back and they got a good lb, they should be much better next season

Mount and Barkley can certainly play together. Pretty much basic 4231 with Barkley on the left. Our left fullback is more attacking so Barkley can play slightly narrower. Two problem with this. CHO and Willian are both better on the left,defensively Barkley need to get better.

Pre season result mean nothing. For a new/a bit new manager like Ole, it is a time for him to develop what he want his team to play. For team like city, pool, spurs, it is purely for experiment, fitness purpose and try new player.

70m for rotation player, I honestly can only see team like city to pull something like that

Hopefully they will play their best player. It is good to see how Jorginho and koca double pivot handle transition

I think it depend on the opponent. I can see playing mount against stronger opponent and Barkley against weaker.

Both looks good. Tactically and pressing wise I think mount is better than Barkley but Barkley is better on the ball. Puli looks good. Better than Willian, hard to tell. Barca played other busquet as rcb and he was quite bad

I think with Kepa unlike alisson or de Gea or to some extend Courtois, you felt like he concede goals too many goals that can be saved. Maybe that is just me

Very difficult to judge. I really wish this is not barca 1st pre season and they don't play too many b team. You can tell who is Barca A team and B team, the gap is obvious. But overall our pressing is fantastic. Very fast and very sharp. I was impressed. Kovacic is pretty much a nail down starter at this point with maybe kante in Jorginho position. Offensively, Pulisic looks sharp, Pedro is Pedro, Mount looks good but Barkley is having a very good pre season. I don't know who will be our no 10 in old Trafford. Defensively, this is why I wish barca was sharper or at least play Dembele griezman Malcom in first half. I want our defence get tested more

Not big fan of Sissoko but if Spurs sign 2 fb. They are pretty much up there with city and pool. Kane Son - Ali - lucas/eriksen Wanyama/wink/Sissoko - ndombele Lb - alderweied - Sanchez - rb That is one really nice team.

I think we all know that he is going to be good. Really surprised United or Real did not try to sign him

Their squad is horrible but Emery is a adaptive manager which is very good if you don't have a very good squad. I bet if belerrin did not have that nasty injury they probably will finish above us in epl.

Transition defense is extremely important. It is even more important in EPL where the game is faster and more up and down. Plus Lampard want to play faster and more direct which mean you will lose the ball more which mean more transition opportunity for other team. If we play 4231 with 2 fb push up, that will happen, if one of the fb stay back. Either kante or Jorginho need to push up, but everyone want kante to be the deepest midfielder otherwise we are going to play the same as Sarri last season

You basically just said that he cannot play 4231 where the two fb go up.

Let see what will happen defensively when we play jorginho in 4231 next to kante. Kante - jorgi Rudi - luiz That is how we will defend. It mean Jorginho has to cover winger area. I can see many nightmare scenario.
