  1. That was lost after Newcastle beat us. These last 2 games would have been tricky cause we could not risk getting fatigue or injuries to the final. Imagine if Mata got injured in this game?
  2. Yeah he should had more time this season but again, the managerial go around is hurting the youth exposure to games where they need to be brought on.
  3. Did not care about this game at the beginning, did not care about this game during half time, and still don't care about this game after it's done. So what ever people say about this game here I could care less as well. CL final is what matters!
  4. I don't have Facebook cause I don't like it. I really had no idea that this was share with Facebook.
  5. In short little time Lukaku looks better then Torres. Why they even start players like Torres is beyond me. These insignificant games should be giving to the youngster.
  6. I have a question, why does at the bottom where it says "users reading this topic" appears the name Facebook?
  7. Bielsa credits youth team coaches with Bilbao success Athletic Bilbao's success in reaching the Europa League and Copa del Rey finals this season is down to the youth team coaches who cultivated the players in the current side, according to coach Marcelo Bielsa. Unusually in Europe, Bilbao, who face Atletico Madrid in Wednesday's Europa League final, shun expensive signings and field only players with connections to the Basque region, raising most of their own talent. Bielsa, who took over at the start of this season, revamped the team and replaced their traditional physical style with an adventurous passing game, has earned praise for leading them to their first European final for 35 years. However, the former Argentina and Chile coach, whose side upset Manchester United and Schalke 04 on the way, preferred to pass it on to the club's youth team coaches. "In institutions such as Athletic, what happens in the present is always articulated and connected to what happened before, because it's an organisation which feeds off itself, which generates in its formative divisions the players who will compete and represent it in the years to come," he said. "Obviously, whoever has taken on and developed this task in the last decade has done the job very well. "It's up to us in this case to make use of what they have produced, this team is a young generation with a very high percentage produced in the same institution." Bielsa, gazing constantly downwards in his usual manner, was at his philosophical best as he talked about the final. "In relation to me and all those who are involved in a final, the emotions and feelings multiply themselves and it is up to you to transfer those particularities to which I refer into the game itself," he said. "A league is a series of successive commitments where you always have the option of correction and change. "A final, as the name makes clear, is single and irreversible and this condition establishes the most significant difference. "Everything which happens will be final and unmodifiable and those of us who compete all know that this adds a very special ingredient." He was equally verbose after being asked whether Athletic had surpassed the expectations he had when he took over. "In a league competition, we set the target of equalling what we had achieved the year before. "In a cup, it is impossible to establish such an objective because you have to do this on the basis of the path which has to be trodden and this is impossible to do when that path has not yet been developed." Midfielder Ander Herrera said the victory over Manchester United in the round of 16, when Athletic won both legs, was the key in the campaign. "It was the moment we realised we could go far in this competition," he said. "We realised the team's capabilities and qualities and felt that we could beat anyone. "We beat one of the best teams in the world and played better than them and that was a good springboard." --------------- The one coach Chelsea needs! :blue scalf:
  8. Insignificant game. Said before the start of the match that I could care less about this match. We won the FA and now to focus on the CL.

  10. Even if they get Hazard still don't mean nothing. You just got to look at their best player all season, Kompany (apart from Yaya). It just shows to every club that you don't have to splash big to get quality players. Same as Chelsea since Mata, the best quality buy we had was Ivan. If City actually does more buy like Kompany, smart buy with potential like United is doing with Kagawa, then they are on a good trajectory. But just because they buy all these super stars don't mean much to me.
  11. What about profile video? I got mines right here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ZdsWvSJZ5M&feature=my_liked_videos&list=LLI1rhU5qeZPKiHkSTU-rMSA
  12. Great and how does that proves your original statement????
  13. Again I wait to see proof for your statement that Torres shirt sale cover the 50 mill spend.
  14. This, either we get Hazard or Younes. And I will be happy with either.
  15. So you tell me that, but then you tell me:
  16. Do you have any figure to make this statement true? And yes I saw it online that Hazard said he will be moving to PL this summer and will be wearing blue. So only two teams, City and Chelsea.
  17. What you talking about, Park was a beast in his first couple of years. Was always a big time player. I remember those important goals against Arsenal in the CL. Kagawa will be even better then that. United are doing good business. This shows the folly of people thinking that United will go down easily and let City rule.
  18. He would take over Park I will assume....
  19. I have also heard from a Japanese TV that after the DFB Pokal this Saturday, Kagawa will announce his transfer to United.
  20. Yankee Stadium bow for Chelsea Chelsea are set to play the first ever football match at New York's new Yankee Stadium during their US summer tour. The Blues will take on Paris St Germain at the home of the New York Yankees baseball team on July 22. Yankee Stadium, which opened in 2009, will hold 54,000 spectators once configured for football. It will be Chelsea's first game in New York since 1954 and the second game of their US tour, with the club also announcing their final fixture would be against AC Milan at Sun Life Stadium in Miami on July 28. They had already confirmed matches against Seattle Sounders at CenturyLink Field on July 18 and MLS All Stars at PPL Park, Philadelphia, on July 25. Reunion But it is the Yankee Stadium date with PSG that will be seen as the most appealing - not least because it brings a reunion with former manager Carlo Ancelotti, now in charge at the French club. Ex-Chelsea star Claude Makelele is also with PSG as an assistant to Ancelotti, while former defender Alex is on the playing staff. Chief executive Ron Gourlay told the club's official website: "Chelsea Football Club is delighted to be heading to New York after such a long time away, and it will be a real pleasure to visit Yankee Stadium for what is sure to be a competitive game. "Paris St Germain represents a true test for us in our preparations for the new season. "We know Carlo well and respect the superb job he did for us, and continues to do in France. It should be a fantastic game." ---------- Should be an awesome game. I will away for vacation. So enjoy it people!
  21. If City can't offer Hazard due to wages, then neither any big team in high profile leagues. If he wants big wages then there is Anzhi and China!
