100% PROPAGANDA Its admitted goal is to put political pressure on governments to kill Kony and eliminate the LRA. It is a simple move to establish a new precedent for legal assassinations of foreign nationals by national governments NOT supporting tyrants is much more simple. No one is going to do it though, because its not cool. Supporting corporate monopolies which compromise political processes in almost every single government is the #1 way these tyrants are supported. People like Kony, and the leadership of Ugandan military, as well as governments in Nigeria and the DRC (just to speak on current Africa) are only contractors to those corporate mob powers. So if you actually wanna do something, don't work for the people and companies that pay people to cut arms off and rape children etc. and don't do business with them either. At least.

Uh he hasn't been fit in that time except for 2 or 3 matches -
higuain please
-
we have been miserable at keeping shape and defending, not to mention the squad is extremely thin on cover AND quality so naturally we should play more positive ok
-
we have maybe 3 good passers of the ball on the ptich if that so dont expect it to get better
-
proper chels support the club many foreign supporters i see online could take note
-
yeah mata sucks and we have so many options for right wing meireles, rami, kalou
-
glad to see sturridge isn't on he's an awful right wing
-
^di matteo was probably told to win or else i didn't believe the media when they would go on about the player power at the club. now its just disgusting.

Chelsea Sack Andre Villas-Boas

AVB has the quailty but not the experience that said, NO MANAGER IN THE WORLD would have us top 3 right now, or in any better position in CL. our squad right now is paper thin and above average in quality AT BEST the worst thing about this is it just passes the buck on the matter of the squad. players got what they wanted YET AGAIN. the player power here is impossible to overcome and the front office is incompetent when it comes to matters of football. also, I love chelsea with all of my heart, but if roman hires rafa... i'm not sure i can deal with that. -
I agree. Lets bring Avram Grant back, almost won the Champions League with him. Yep, tactics. Its definitely the tactics.
-
Damn those cheap ass managers, holding the purse strings so tight! If only we could get a rich manager to improve our squad! Oh wait... do managers fund the club....?
-
Sturridge put his footballing brain on display yet again! What a brilliant winger! You are never wrong, are you. At least in your own mind, which I suppose, is all that matters. mata was being heavily accounted for (as usual) and sturridge wasn't (as usual) he's a striker. he is not a winger. and he has NO right foot.
-
I like him but we don't need him. We have better strikers and better wingers, he only makes the squad cuz we lack goal pace and goal threat in general. Should keep Lukaku and get a better first choice striker, Lukaku can cover and get some cup games

Romeu is NOT quick on the ball. He plays it slightly quicker and more direct because he doesn't set up the move, he delegates that to somebody else. Which is the right thing to do, and what I'm sure he's instructed to do, because he doesn't possess the vision and passing ability that Mikel does. Its just laughable that Romeu is being lauded as a creative spark and even moreso as less error prone than Mikel. That's just out of touch, really. Neither of them are creative factors in the final third, and rightly so, because they are defensive midfielders. Romeu and Mikel don't play the same way, and so they aren't given the exact same type of role, but its pretty close. Romeu is the superior tackler for sure, and has a much better natural aggression in defense (though it does get him out of position sometimes). Mikel is a guy who could play a deep lying playmaker role but instead plays more defensively because we have players like mata, lamps etc who are much better in that job but are lacking defensively. They're both extremely strong and physical players who get stuck in no problem, so it makes sense why they both play almost all of their games @ DM. Time will tell if Romeu can round out his game with some better passing and learn to harness his aggression, but if he does I think he'll be a real solid player for us. For now he's still growing. I look back at Mikel's career though and he had to learn to calm down, be more disciplined and it really helped him clean up a lot of errors in his game so no reason that Romeu can't do that too. He seems like a level headed young guy. In my opinion Mikel is better with fast creative players around him, when he did so well as an AM with the Nigerian youngsters he would hit fast runners with brilliant through balls but he's not really a creative guy. Much more of a precise passer who can maintain possession if the move starts to break down. We've seen him get forward from time to time this season and play a bit of that game. If Essien was more of a natural DM than a box to box or central midfielder I don't think we ever would've made Mikel a career DM. I think its fair to say, and I don't wanna be harsh, but Essien is a level above Mikel and so you gotta pick the squad more around him than the Nigerian. and we haven't had anyone else any good at a DM role since Maka and Mikel is young
-
so what if he could technically afford it? he's a footballer who is probably past his prime and needs money to support him and his soon to be breaking down body for the rest of his years. he's not gonna spend money he doesn't have to. also, i don't think he feels very humiliated.
-
if roman didn't procrastinate so damn much and face the weaknesses in the squad years ago we wouldn't have had to sign him, but people go on about the price... there was no alternative at the time.. glad we are all in agreement tho
-
he tried to and completed maybe 15% of them.... the majority were nowhere even near.
-
and Lahm 28, who is their best player also Schweinsteiger will be 28 compare that to the brazilians Neymar... 20 Lucas Moura.. 20 Hulk... turning 26 Ganso... 22 Hernanes... 26 Thiago Silva... will turn 27 (top 4 CB in the world, for me) Luiz... 25 Dani Alves... 29 Marcelo... 23 the older brazilian players are a little better quality than the older germans in my opinion, brazil is just caught between their 2 big generations right now and when the likes of ganso, neymar, lucas and piazon mature more they will be really a potent NT.
-
the brazilians mentioned are quite a bit younger i believe and a few of the younger germans have disappointed of late, in my opinion
-
i'm not sure if i agree that di maria is markedly better than hazard, and i think that neymar is equal and will become better in the future... but i gotta say that di maria is THE BEST fit out of all of them for our squad. having him available for either LW or LAM would be great, give us a lot of options both in 4-3-3 and 4-2-3-1. also di maria has the intelligence to play either more direct or more fluid.
-
are all our supporters this smart yeah, its not like he needs the money oh you know, to support himself and his family? you're mad studge = 2nd rate CF i would much rather have torres as CF cover than studge get rid of both of them i like the guy but i couldn't agree with ya more.
-
meireles is the right type of player just not good enough, its not a revelation either. look at napoli's squad, we had to have speed in the middle because of their immense danger on the counter. meireles did the best he could but his best isn't good enough for us, especially without ash fully fit, bosingwa taking a knock early, no terry etc
-
why is mikel funny? much better passer than luiz and has superior vision... he isn't good enough for that role. his passing isn't that good and neither are his ball skills. they just seem better than they are because people aren't used to seeing a CB able to control a ball or dribble at all. he does have a great shot on him but you don't need to move him to midfield to get use out of that.
-
^ kalou and malouda are experienced players and don't mind being cover, same with mikel who has been battling a groin problem for the last 2 months.. we should keep them if we are gonna get younger. should always have cover for young starters in the form of experienced, club established players, in my opinion. back on topic though I want davide santon sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo badly. great talent and can play both sides of the defense, gives it all and has a lot of upside. also christian eriksen, he would be perfect or our midfield and a natural right winger in lucas moura but that might be totally impossible to attain in that case i would be happy with hulk (if possible) or more realistically someone like valbuena, or we could move ramires to RW (or RAM in a 4-2-3-1) and pick up someone for right midfield instead also i think that bryan ruiz from fulham deserves a look. he's out of twente's system which is very good, natural right winger i believe, and 25 years old.
