Okay guys, a brief update: I am going to copy and paste all of the nominees' replies to my PMs into the staff room. None of them will be made public, so don't worry about is disclosing your names and so on, they will be kept private to staff knowledge only. We're going to discuss them, select a shortlist of four candidates, who will be notified by this time next week. Then, they can begin their respective campaigns. Since it was your idea, you can post it up, and I'll set up some new ground rules for that forum In terms of having a blog, that could be a possibility, but it would make the idea of having our main site a little bit pointless... we ask for new writers, people say they want to take part and then they very rarely do more than a couple of articles a month. I'm more than willing to give people access to our main site if they are confident of writing an article per week, which is what I've been able to do for the last year without it impinging on my school work, etc.
