You are right, after all Roman is the person who helped Chelsea develop into a major club of Europe . His form will come back, but not too often. It's time to admit that he's getting older ,a 33-years-old player who can no longer be tireless . Though he eager to play every game, his body cannot , it takes more than 3 days for him to recover from a 90-minute match . so I would rather let him play about 15-20 league games , and some cup games. Fully recovered Frank must be better than a tired one If properly protected he will be able to play to 36years old I think .

He always spend money at his will, buy someone like Shevchenko.. And could be 1 DM + 1 Supportive midfielder who provide connections out side the 2/3 end + 2 Cut-inside winger + 1 Deep-lyling striker + 1 Fast striker, or you can also call it a 4-4-2 , but it may seems like 4-2-3-1 some way.XDDD

4-2-3-1 is fine... 1 defensive anchor man, 1 deep lying midfielder, 1 advanced playmaker , 2 winger , 1 explosive striker .. looks we've got all that is needed , if mata fits AMC
