  1. Sloth is just seeing things the way he wants to. First, Kono was not banned, he got a suspension and decided not to return. Second, the suspension was not because he got in a fight with zolayes, but because he kept on making posts that contain insults to all Englishmen. I was present when that happened and I think that he deserved his suspension.
  2. lol they seem to be enjoying themselves:
  3. I was very disappointed that he seems to not be in Robbie's plans. If he's not on the bench when we only have two available strikers in a pre-season match, then he probably won't get any chances. It's a shame, really, especially that he has been doing very well (better than Romelu) with the reserves. Unfortunately for him, he did not cost a fortune.
  4. I read the time wrong and missed the whole thing. How did our boys do?
  5. Starting for team GB vs Brazil at CF. I hope he can impress tonight.
  6. Ryan and Danny starting for team GB against Brazil Great Britain vs Brazil XI: Steele, Bertrand, Richards, Tomkins, Taylor, Cleverley, Allen, Giggs©, Bellamy, Sturridge, Rose. BRAZIL: Rafael Cabral, Rafael da Silva, Thiago Silva, Juan, Marcelo, Sandro, Romulo, Oscar, Hulk, Leandro Damiao, Neymar
  7. The club did announce it through Hazard himself.
  8. Only player who made it past the 60mins last match was Lukaku and he is bound to start since the only other CF we currently have - Bamford - seems to not be in Robbie's plans since he was not even on the bench last time.
  9. 15m is the most they could get for him imo. He's 29, on the last year of his contract, and wants to leave. I think he will, hopefully, end up at Juve.
  10. I'd expect a more "serious" lineup. This maybe a friendly, but it's also a clash of two huge teams and two huge billionaires. I think Robbie will start most of the attackers who featured in the first half of the last match combined with most of the second half defense to test the full strength of his squad. The youngsters will probably feature in the last 30 mins or so of the match.
  11. Is it Sunday night or Saturday night?
  12. Even when he was deployed wide before kakuta came in, he was naturally drifting to the center.
  13. Quick question: Why?! This makes absolutely no sense.
  14. Oh my bad. I miss read your last post.
  15. Why don't we have a thread for George Saville? And why can't members start threads in the "Current Squad" section?
  16. http://www.goal.com/..._medium=twitter Great mentality by the young Belgian.
  17. He did well yesterday. He looked like he was trying to make something happen but unfortunately for him, he only came on when both teams had settled for the result. He especially impressed with his defensive covering to help out Saville. I think had he started the match he could have done much more.
  18. It's been confirmed on the Lens website. I have seen nothing of him before so I won't judge..
  19. I noticed that sometimes they embed automatically and other times they don't. Weird..
  20. He really was a great defender, but a very unlucky one.
  21. You can't expect tackles to be flying in in the first match of pre-season. I was actually impressed by how well the team pressed in the second half consider the low levels of fitness.
  22. 1- Manchester City- They'll edge it once more with Utd chasing them all the way and TX will announce the end of the world as a result (lol) 2- Manchester United- Will come close again and SAF will stay with them for another season 3- Chelsea FC- We will keep up with Manchesters for the most part of the season and finish comfortably in third. 4- Tottenham- AVB will guide them to the CL while keeping the attacking brand of football. 5- Arsenal- Their luck will run out and they will not make it to the CL and finally get rid of whinny Wenger at the end of yet another trophy-less season. 6- Liverpool- Rodgers will do better than Queen Kenny. A 6th place finish will make the ever-delusional fans say that they will be challenging for the tittle the following year. 7- Everton- Moyes will get them to Europa league 8- Fullham- They will continue to do well under Jol but will just miss out on European football. 9- Sunderland- O'Niel will guide them to challenge for European football. . . . . 16- Wigan- will pull another escape off after being bottom of the table for half of the season 17- West Brom- I thin they will be in a lot of trouble next season. 18- West Ham- Did not impress me at all in the championship. 19- Swansea- They had a tough time towards the end of the season and without Rodgers they are likely to have more trouble 20- Stoke- No where near the team they were 2 seasons ago, I see them going down next season.
