Well, Esk...Joe Cole did say that Grant has given him more freedom to play his game than Jose did. Joe Cole even had a showdown with Mourinho at the beginning of the season.

And he paid for it and so did our team.(NOW DONT RANT SAYING ROMAN ASKED HIM TO CUT THE SQUAD SHORT) SO I WOULD HOLD JOSE RESPONSIBLE!!!!!...And ROMAN IS NOT A MINT MACHINE..HE gave Jose blank cheques in the previous two years to sign players.How many managers around the world would wish for it.. But when he denied him the money for the first time, Jose went public.(I KNOW SOME PEOPLE DONT SEE WHERE JOSE WENT WRONG)..So Dont try hiding Jose's wrongdoings of last season by blaming it on ROMAN. OK I know GRANT is SHIT. But to blame everything on him, is a bit too severe. We ve seen the best from players like Ballack, Joe Cole in Chelsea shirt under Grant. Ballck and Lampard never struck a good chord the whole of last season. But under Grant they are playing quite well. No one has been blaming the players..ITS ALL GRANT GRANT.That is wht pisses me off. When was the last time Anelka scored for us? We are NOT finishing the games. Anlka , kalou, Drogba everybody plays well. BUT WE DONT FUCKING FINISH THE FUCKING TEAMS when they are down!!!!....

That really showd the difference between the two teamsto me. No surprises who deserved to win the title then. Secondly, You say Chelsea dint make changes to their first 11. And then Jose bought some ordinary buys as usual. Yet, with a team and players bought by your previous incumbent, you take that team in the middle of the season, when Chelsea are 6-7th in the league and have just drawn against Rosenborg at home, T COME TO WITHIN few points of beating MANCs to the League Semi's against Liverpool. Wonder how many expected this scenario. But again, we say Its Jose's team now. But when Grant took over, Most of us thought we would b playing in UEFACUP next season. I am happy with the season so far, considering the Shit we experienced the whole season with Jose quitting, AFN CUP and Sooooooo many injuries to our key players. Lets change the formation for next season, add some new players to our 11, AND BLITZ THE LEAGUE RIGHT FROM THE START!!!....

Jose no matter how good a manager he is, He was always SHIT at buying players. The amount of money he has wasted on players in last 3 years is startling, no wonder Roman had to think twice before giving him money to buy last season. On the other hand, Ranieri was Superb at buying players. Unfotunately he had to leave. With the amount of injuries we had, the AFN Cup, Jose quitting in between, I mean, no other team would be even close to what we achieved this season.Missing the league by just few points, Semi's in UCL and still in it. Although I DONT LIKE GRANT, I FEEL IT IS UNFAIR TO HOLD THE "JOSE's TEAM" RESPONSIBLE WHEN WE WIN and GRANT RESPONSIBLE WHEN WE LOSE.

Fucking Great News for us. I dont see a problem in this. Earlier we just had 3 days to prepare for that Jinxed away Fixture after our Semi Final against Liverpool. We could have had tired legs on the field at St James Park. Now we have 2 additional days to prepare for it. The only downside is, Man you gets to play before us. Chelsea find themselves in a Catch 22 situation. They have to beat Everton in the league. If they do, Everton falls behind Liverpool for the 4th place race and that will give Liverpool a chance to rest their important players just before the Semis against Chelsea. If Everton are still 2-3 points behind Liverpool, then it would be interesting how Liverpool manages its team. Chelsea dont have the luxury of resting most of their top players, as they have to beat manchester united and Everton and Newcastle, inorder to stay in the league. Now we know why Rafa Puts UCL ahead of EPL....and this is precisely the reason why i feel we are the underdogs in the semis as Liverpool will probably have fresh legs on the field.

You are right. Graham Poll did mention in his autobiography that the Refs do target a particular player in their Meetings before a particular tournament. As was the case with Peter Crouch in WC 2006. So I dont see any reason why they wont Target Chelsea's Players specially when it is evident that they argue the most. I can see the Referee Chief telling the Refs in the meetings to be Ultra Strict towards Chelsea Players. As he did in case of Crouch.

Well, if thats the case then I would say that, the 3 points we gained against Boro at home could be the turning point of the season. A game we shud have lost but no one knows how we managed to win. Makes me think, the points gained from that match will prove decisive in the end.
